Thank you for being so accurate when it comes to understanding chemical compounds. I'n a chemist, and I have came across so many "gurus" who dont do their research and understand that not all chemicals are bad. And even the ones that are hard to pronounce aren't bad! Just a friend tip...I mix a few drops of tea tree oil in my gel cleaner and lotion. It clears mine up in 2-3 days. Hope this helps!

If you have combination skin I used the Cosrx BHA liquid every other day and the Thayers Rose Petal Alcohol-Free Witch Hazel with Aloe Vera toner twice a day. It cleared my skin in a few weeks

the editing on the intro slayed! innisfree really has my number with all those cases for their cushions. there is a big innisifree store and cafe here where i live in china and i'm addicted to the green tea ice cream and staring at the wall of pretty cushion cases. would love to see follow up reviews on all the sheet masks!

Am so happy I found Gothamista! I have very reactive, sensitive, dry, dehydrated skin. Korean skin care culture - methods & products- have really been helping my skin. Eh, until I have a reaction to a new ingredient! However, using minimal ingredient products makes it easier to track down the culprit. I love the style of your videos, the content, the presentation. You have developed a style with an ideal balance between friendly and knowledgeable. Your personality comes through on video, but doesn't dominate the content. You come across as very genuine and your love of and excitement about skincare is infectious. I would love to see some videos on how ill health effects skin and what methods or products can help your skin deal with the effects of medical treatment the body is going through. I hope this makes sense. Some of my medical treatments make it tough to say what I am thinking sometimes.

I wish I knew more about how to help but I believe you must treat your skincare routine as a ritual of self-love and not use products that may have harsh ingredients. I will find out more!

Absolutely! At a time when I don't have a lot of control over my body, the loving ritual of skincare is something I do to remind myself that my body is not my enemy! Being able to focus on something pleasant, like at what point in the 7 skin method does my face start feeling plump, or do I like the tacky feeling of layered serum, or Omgosh the alpha arbutin serum really is fading some sun damage - this is both an escape from the reality of illness and an entering into the reality of positive self care. Therapeutic for body, mind & soul! I fully believe that investing time, effort and money into quality skincare is NOT an exercise in vanity. I believe it is caring for yourself in the same way that eating healthfully, exercising, getting enough sleep is good self care.

Love to see more on facial mists, and on the face masks, and anything you'd like to show us. Your videos are so informative and I love learning about these wonderful skin helpers. I also wonder if there are good after shower lotions for the body. As we know water can strip us of our natural oils and I wonder if there's any real way to combat that. what a beautiful idea a soil trip with a friend to make beauty shopping ! I recently have tried sublimage chanel cleansing oil ( transform its formula three times while applying ) sublimage eye cream sublimage mask plus the brand new foundation liquid lipsticks from chanel are fabulous also especially bordeaux shade my favourite I would love a review from you , You won't regret it Renee' it is a multisensory range very kind texture but potent ! Try a hyaluronic acid serum or lotion. It isn't an exfoliating treatment. Hyaluronic acid is a moisturizer. The Hada Labo is really nice and doesn't break me out.

I couldn't find the Beyond the Remedy brand anywhere! I zoned in on that dandelion serum, as my combo skin is prone to fungal acne. This is quite the skincare topic, which includes those tiny forehead bumps. I'd love to see you address the yeasty, fungal acne problem. And help us find where to buy the dandelion serum in the US!

You should definitely talk about Vprove in depth because they have so many interesting products but none of the info is in English so it's pretty hard to understand what skin types the products target and the ingredients itself. Love your videos

Great haul, Renee! Everything sounds incredible & I cannot wait to hear your thoughts! I've been flirting with the idea of ordering the MaxClinic (MiraClinic) Plaster (corset?) mask. I found MaxClinic on Yes Style & ordered the Age Defying Intensive Toner after I had run out of the Klairs Toner since it sounded like it was literally made for my skincare needs (I ordered it before the Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner but received it after). The MaxClinic Toner is AMAZING! I almost never order a product without checking the ingredients & reading reviews but I took the chance on the MaxClinic toner & I'm so glad that I did! I reached out to Yes Style customer service & they were able to email me the list of ingredients & luckily they're quite impressive! I would love to see you demo the Plaster Mask & hear your thoughts. I've heard it was a super popular product in Korea at one point which is what had me track it down. I'm also curious about the Neogen Knit Mask since I've been seeing it make its rounds on Instagram.

Loved this video! Seeing all these new products just made be all giddy! I'd love to see those masks in action. I've been looking for some good sheet masks. I currently have some Innisfree ones but I find that sometimes the essence takes forever to get absorbed into the skin after the mask is removed. I'd also love to see an in-depth review for some of the products once you get a chance to test them. I hope I can find some of these products online that ship to Canada.

Not directly product-related but relevant to the trip: I would love to see a video on how to adjust your skin care routine when you switch between climates (i.e. if you go on vacation or split time between two places). MY skin type is really similar to yours, and I normally live in a very dry/cold/windy/high elevation climate, but regularly go to the rainy/more humid/sea level northern West Coast--I *always* have a hard time figuring out how to adjust and end up with mild breakouts.

Awesome haul. I am intrigued by the Ausome mist for a review. I haven't seen it in Australia, though Australian connection and interesting Whamisa is under same umbrella company. Oh and I agree, great they say free of the phototoxic part of the bergamot oil. It seems the rich toner for Whamisa is free of it too, though to be sure I mainly use in the pm as sun is strong even in winter here.

Hey Renee! So sad I missed this one until now. Wow, all of those masks look super interesting. I'd love to see anyone of them in action. But it's that shower head I'm really wanting! It increases water pressure while cleaning the water of harmful ions. Sign me up. I'm sure it's way to much $$$$, but would it be too much to show the flow before and after installing the shower head? Thanks for another great video!
