Really amazing! ..but can we talk about how long this video was? I was blissfully in awe of how visually appealing the food looked. When I was halfway through watching this I suddenly realized this video has already been more than 6 mins and still going .."oh well".

The only thing I don't like is that when he shaped the patties, he didn't cover one hand, that hand later then sprinkled the chives? or something, around the plate. You don't see the cook wash their hands. Because yes, I do consider that the cook grabbed the patties through the bag, but, that same glove touched the outside of the bagged patties, and whilst rotating, touching the raw meat then spreads around until the once clean and uncovered hand now gets contaminated because of the outside of the patty bag. Better if they were all shaped beforehand AND THEN worked with to prevent the cross contamination.

Let me see, glove on left hand, none on right hand, left hand does not touch the food, but OK to touch the garnish with bare right hand and sprinkle the the dish. Did any one miss this?

This is so far from being a burger. It's made of overcooked egg that is scrambled not an omelette and an overcooked meat patty, a bit of plastic cheese and some odd thick soup.
This looks so delicious, I'm going to try making this in my home. But I am in Montreal, Canada, so not sure it will be exactly the same taste spice-wise.
