I love to watch your show, especially your incredible skill with a knife! I just wish I could get simple well designed small tools like the strainer for taking the eggplant out and the garlic press that looked like it made tiny bits rather than smooth paste in the USA. This salad looks so good. My Korean friends would add a few drops of toasted sesame oil on the top.
