They are not just music videos, they are part of the movies they acted. Actually in India we have songs/Music Videos in the movies, i.e, most of the MV happen in someone's head in the movie according to the situation of the movie, like when the situation is romantic, we get a romantic song and vice versa. Usually we have like 5 or 6 songs/MVs from a single movie So the Allu Arjun's "Seeti Maar" is from a movie called "DJ - Duvvada Jagannadam" which was released on 2017 And Salman Khan's "Seeti Maar" is from "Radhe" movie which released on 2021.. Both the movies are completely different, but this song has been remade to Hindi with different lyrics in Hindi language, in Salman Khan's movie.

No maam, these songs are from their movies. They are not MVs and of course in movies the singer who sing the song is different from the actors who dance for it. But in rare cases the actors also sing though they will not do that while dancing, they record the song first and dance for that later. But in most of the cases the singers and dancers are different. In this case, "Seeti Maar"(Allu Arjun Version) song is first originally released 3 years ago in Telugu Language(one of indian languages). Now in this year, it has been remaked ( Salman Khan Version) in Hindi which is also an indian language. Maam, you might know the difference among these songs by just watching them.
