You have to be really tilt proof and a literal menace to play like that. And from what i see in Korea they are the oposite of tilt proof. Also do you see anyone else in EUW at chal level playing like the Baus? And he's been playing there years upon years. This is just my opinion of course.

I'm no Korean Grandmaster singed player, but proxying against Sion from my experience is bad. You have to stay in lane and bother him and kill him a few times, otherwise this happens.
