Interestingly enough, in Canada this would be considered to be a sexual assault. If one of the people involved is too intoxicated, by drugs or alcohol, they can not give legal consent. The man being seduced has even stated that they should wait, because he feels too fuzzy-headed from drink. If they "go all the way", the man doing the seducing, would become a rapist. The person doesn't have to be passed out drunk, but if they are slurring their words, swaying back and forth, not able to walk well, they can't give legal consent. That's how it is written in the law books here in the Great White North 🇨🇦.

That's the problem with most BL stories, the lack of consent & justification of rape or harassment just to end up with the other guy realizing he's into the other guy. It's a trope frowned upon by many but people still romanticize it because it fuels their fantasy.

I've seen this in dramas too. A guy or a girl kissing somebody while they're asleep or passed out. It's a real issue. Consent is the sexiest part of sex or love.
