I'm from Davao and yes I'm proud that taxi driver here doesn't scammed fare they really used metered price. And I'm very proud of that. Davao residents are disciplined thats because of leadership of our Mayor. And I've been to Manila few years ago and get scammed by taxi driver i never forgot that he asked us 1500 taxi going to tagaytay.😢

Yes i recommend Mr. Doohee to live here in Davao. Davao is the safest city in Philippines and very clean. And there's not much Korean live here compare to other city in the Philippines. And if you like fruits, fruits here is very cheap compared to Manila.

And if you will miss korean food in your country don't worry because there are lots of korean restaurant here and korean store. And one thing also you observed that there is not much smoke in the city that is because our city is a no smoking zone and smoke free in terms of smoking 🚭 there are place that is designated for smoking. And you can't smoke anywhere you want. And if your caught smoking 🚭 you will be fined with a certain amount and worst you will get imprisoned for a month thats how serious the government of Davao City in terms of 🚭.

Try the local food and delicacy in Davao such as Boiling crabs and shrimps in Lanang. Mang inasal is over commercialized already and its available everywhere in Manila.

VISIT DAVAO AGAIN pls and meet your silvanas! 🤎 FUN FACT: way back 2000s a lot of koreans stayed here compared in Cebu. there used to be a lot of korean restaurants, churches, and grocery stores. korean students too. hwang inyeop and even ikon's jinhwan used to live here too. idk what happened but after a few years, indians took place.

As a local living in Davao, the thing I love Manag Inasal is the chicken oil (sometimes mixed with a lil soy sauce and kalamansi). Though inasal is also as good. However, Penong's is superior. ;)
