This is the first day of my 7 Days Solo trip to Jeju Island!
Join me to explore the Manjanggul Cave, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
In this video, I will share how I travel there by bus, and how to use Naver Map to navigate around Jeju. I must confess it took me some time to get use to Naver because you can't type in address in English, except for a few popular spots. I learned a few good tips and will share with you here.
I missed this out in my video. You can also use mobile number for certain attraction under the destination section. Naver should be able identify the address. For most major attraction, it works but you need to get the number correct. I find the method I suggested suits me most.
For those who have experience using Naver map, feel free to share your tips as well.
Some quick tips on to-bring/wear list when visiting Manjanggul Cave:
- Bring a light jacket or sweater, temperature in the cave is ranges between 11-21 degree celcius
- Try not to wear slipper or sandals, covered shoes are better to walk with
- Bring a head torch if you have one, it can get dark. Phone torch works too
As always, here are some useful links to help ease your travel planning.
Take care and see you in my next video.
