I just love how the girl was simple and cute! No flesh on display, no excessive makeup and artificial stuffs on her, with a innocent look, not trying hard to show she's sexy ... just not all that crap! simple beauty! and that was REFRESHING!!! It's rare in today's music industry!
i am angolan 🇦🇴 we speak portuguese, since the first time i heard this song it made me want to learn english so much, and this song was already good before i learned english is now the same, props for Nigeria singers 🔥👏🏽👏🏽🇳🇬
Korede fine boy no pimples 😍 But let's talk about how he consistently shows growth both musically and personally. I see him dethroning some kings in 2016 Beautiful song!
Whether we like it or not Nigeria is powerhouse of Music in Africa, Nigerian Music is purely African unlike other American wanna bees like some my country 'South African musicians' who try that hard tp sound American. Nigerian Music is always on my playlist.
Afrika haven't you heard Afro-house? It's South African and you can tell because they use their instruments. Bucie, mafikizolo? They are great and don't sound American. Every African country has its distinctive sound, don't put them down just to uplift Nigeria. You are acting as if they are like kpop artists who don't even have an ounce of their own culture in their music.
yasmin935 I did not put anyone down, I was just voicing my views concerning their American obsession which seems to be some sort of the so called 'standard', and as i said I am refering to 'Some' American wana bees of South Africa, hear me out correctly please not all South Africans are American wana bees. Yess, Afro-house is my everyday sound and It is some sort of my musical identity because I am a South African. Afro-house is one of the musical genres that is surely pure Afrikan as well. But now I am Appreciating Nigerian music, In my view Nigerian It is way too good and it cannot be compared to any genre.
Still got to come back in 2023 to listen to this evergreen. They don't make dem like korede Bello anymore these days. Would love to see Korede and Ayra starr do a song, it's gonna be massive.
I'm not sure what I love most about this. The nice vocals, melodies and lyrics, the fact that she didn't have to shake bum bum to get his attention or the simple video. Good job.
The only thing I listen to is West African, Afro-American, and Afro-Caribbean music. artists from these part of the world need to collaborate more. I'm forever grateful for these people and their music.
