I once lost internet service with Comcast in Philly in the middle of the night, I was blasted drunk and called customer service. I told them, "Crank It Up! Gimme more pressure! I know you're sitting next to a big pirate-wheel-lookin thing, turn up the juice!!"

I bet your neighbors thought you had lost your mind screaming at the poor guy. I can see them telling the other neighbors about you screaming at the Spectrum guy outside your house. Yeah, you should have seen him screaming at that poor man. He was just hollering at him as loud as he could. I don't know what that poor man did but Corey was sure pissed off at him.

Korey seems like a 2-faced Karen here and the reason why I'm so glad I don't have jobs I do at anyone's houses anymore. He's practically forcing himself on the dude, knowing he doesn't want to chit chat. These kinds are the worst, because they will try to tell whomever you work for that you spent time chit chatting instead of working (been here) and just can't let the dude work without acknowledging him (a lot of closet/downlow dudes have been like this to me). Very creepy behavior Korey.

Some people just have avoidant personalities (laymen say antisocial). I remind my coworkers of that every day a customer just wants to be helped and get out. If I'm building anxiety all day because I need to get paid, why force others to get stressed when they're paying us.

I feel you maniI have problems with my internet as well. It seems to be working on my phone and computer, but today I tried streaming something on Disney+ and it kept buffering! I had to use a DVD instead. First world problems, am I right? Also, on an unrealted note, when I hear "spectrum" I think of autism spectrum because I have aspergers, which is on the autism spectrum.
