Multitracked demo of Korg X5D -keyboard and X5DR-module. Actually all the sounds are from module. Only factory sounds used. External reverb (Space) and delay used for some tracks. Bandcamp: panums.bandcamp.com/track/kor...
LOL, nothing about 90s romplers sounds fresh. It's fine if you're invoking that sound but don't pretend it doesn't sound cheesy. I had a X5DR once upon a time and I don't miss it at all.
@@snowleopard9749 I've tried it myself before I even read this comment and he is right, it sounds retro but with a modern touch and sounds great when layered with modern vsts.
I think it is the older brother of this in the demo. Less samples memory and half polyphony (32>64). But the synthesis chain is the same. Did You try the free Hammond organs set by Frank Carvalho? It is available on the net. But if You like it probably You would like to have more polyphony. I suggest You to purchase the module of this synth, the X5D/r. But I don't know if the keyboard version has arpeggiator and so on. The module versions have no arpeggiator. Maybe it can be obtained having fun with Lfos..😊
