I wouldn't be surprised if every new hololive vtuber had to watch Korone's debut and have to answer questions about it before they debut.

So it's basically the VTuber equivalent to Forklift Operator Klaus?

For thouse that were not arpund at the time and haven't seen it. Konores debut was fairly scuffed in a fun way but at the time kinda stressful for the doggo. From issues talking, problems with her music, erros in her presentation (like her being 156 meters tall), ending the presentation too quickly and even having a slight panic attack, which lead to her calling everyone from hologamers to help her. Which was the first time something like that had happened. So yeah, a legendary stream for holoPro

Korone was the first vtuber debut I saw, and my first experience of Hololive. I remember sitting there thinking I really have no idea whats going on here, but I like it.

Sasuga Korone-sama. She saw how careless the management was at the time and made them improve without directly telling them to!

Her debut is the single most scuffed stream in all of Hololive, Okayu and Fubuki had to help with tech support and appeared on stream to help her.

@@Demonologist013 Oh much appreciated for the info, haha dang that sure sounds rough for sure.

@@iPervy I copied this from another comment so you can see a little bit more of what happened that stream: "From issues talking, problems with her music, erros in her presentation (like her being 156 meters tall), ending the presentation too quickly and even having a slight panic attack, which lead to her calling everyone from hologamers to help her. Which was the first time something like that had happened."

@@Cell9870 Thank you for that! Means alot taking the time to help a fellow holobro!

Her debut is an absolute gem, especially knowing where she is now.

That debut was so cursed the creepy music she had playing but hey at least she helped cover improve their guidance for future streamers in what not to do

This isn't just true of debuts but everything surrounding the talents. Vtubing in general is a fairly young field and Hololive was one of the first in the field to start making moves so it makes sense that they would learn and improve over time. What's cool to see now is how new talents take what's been learning and come up with new and interesting takes on what's come before to spice things up. I still laugh my ass off when I think about Hakka's debut where he had Yagoo come in and put him in his place.

Does it mean that before each hologirl looked after herself?
@sdarkpaladin
@sdarkpaladin Год назад
Yes. Before Gen 3, there is no gen unity at all. They just debut together, but everyone still had to fend for themselves. And the company don't provide much support either. It's after GEN 4 and 5 that the company pulled up their bootstraps and actually take care of their idols.
@sicariau6436
@sicariau6436 Год назад
Keep in mind, at that time I don't think anyone had over 100k subs.
@-yeme-
@-yeme- Год назад
Its not that they looked after themselves as such, its just that Hololive management had to learn what they were doing as they went along. Things got a lot more organised and regulated around 2020 as they got popular.
@venkaramon
@venkaramon Год назад
@@sdarkpaladin this is misleading its not like they didnt have support. its more like there werent any frameworks or processes set yet because the company itself is in its learning and growing phase. people are forgetting Cover wasnt an entertainment company before and they barely had any staff working directly with the talent. even to this day they dont even have 1:1 manager to talent ratio

Small criticism: correct the grammar. "mamanegement" may cause some confusion.
