Такие озера хорошо бы для начала прошерстить поисковым магнитом, на наличие там взрывоопасных предметов если это снято конечно в местах боевых действий в 41-45, а то корсар может дать неожиданный эффект) пс, саперы при обезвреживании полей часто сбрасывали все опасные находки в болота и озера, чтоб с ними не возиться

Всем привет. Я Водяной. Сижу как-то на дне болота, смотрю, какие-то бомбочки опускаются ко мне на дно и еле булькают. Выглянул незаметно, смотрю, люди опять тупостью занимаются. Опустился опять на дно, снова бомбочки возле меня еле булькают. Как большие так и маленькие - все они еле-еле булькают. Смотрю, кинули побольше, аж с проводом. Смотрю, тоже булькнула. Ну думаю, пердану как следует, чтобы людишек обрадовать, будто это их бомба взорволась. А сам потом выглядываю и смеюсь, как они задыхаются моей вонью и при этом радуются. В следующий раз бздну не со дна, а у поверхности, когда она кинут корсар 1. Вот они удивятся..

This reminds me of my 05 world cruise in the US Navy when we circumnavigated the globe. When a ship does that and not a regular WestPac or Atlantic Tour, they stop in many places to take care of things for the military. Not just their area of operation. For my carrier, we ended up in the North Arabian Gulf and pulled into Bahrain. We then on loaded a few hundred pounds of expired grenades. So the protocol for expired grenades is to deep six them out in international waters.. And when they did that, they had three or four dudes doing different jobs just to get rid of the ordnance. One guy was responsible for picking up the grenade, one guy was actually responsible for pulling the pin and putting it in a box to be counted so they know no grenades got loose somewhere. Then another guy sat back like 4 or 5 feet and his job was to be the guy who picked up a grenade if it was accidentally dropped. If it was dropped, even by a different person, only one guy was authorized to pick it up.. IF you think about it, thats a smart idea so three or four dudes dont go butting heads to grab a live grenade. And then one guy was simply there to oversee and give commands.. And when they dropped the grenades we were going like 15 knots and they would drop the grenades straight down. That was weird right? Dropping the grenades right off the fantail instead of throwing them like normal. WE were almost not going fast enough for the grenades to clear the screws. So when they were done I asked the officer why they were doing that and he said they could drop them even if we were standing still because a carriers body and propellers are built to withstand some of the biggest missiles around. A grenade wouldn’t do nothing but tickle the ship! I couldn’t believe it but it made sense. When you are looking at a cross section of the ship in training you see that they are like 5 and 6 inches thick and that goes double for a solid cast propeller. Now when the grenades went off, even though they probably sunk 20 feet or more down because they are made of hard metal, you could see feel and see the explosion and then a big dark green ring would float up.. Weird color. Never understood where that color came from.

Given the shockwave and the dispersion of the bubbles afterwards, I'm pretty sure the Korsair 10000 partially reshaped the bottom of that pond. And then he threw that last one...

Well that last one….. I did expect a huge explosion…. But not that big 😳

А когда я был подростком , всё приходилось делать своими ручками . Двухлитровый кислородный баллон без вентиля , наполненный порохом , 2,5 вольтовая лампочка внутри баллона без стекла , но с целой спиралью , с проводами выведенными наружу и горловина баллона залитая эпоксидкой . Сраный корсар и рядом не стоял .

Можно было бы с тем же успехом и в песок зарыть. Эффект не меньше, а лягушки их личинки (головастики) и пр. живность не пострадала бы. Смешно пишу?! That last one was very different from the others. It was much more powerful. I would consider the Korsair 50k as an explosive, not a firecracker.

The effect your getting is because of the mud at the bottom. A hard-bottomed body of water will give you a narrow column. The biggest bomb almost had that effect except it was too strong and the sides are too gradual.

Definitely no fish, now. I bet that 10000 was deceptively big but so deep that it didn't disturb the surface much.

Can you image, now that you have seen this, the might of the explosion of Halifax which blew all of the water out of the bay when those two ship ran together. One of the ships was a munitions carrier. The blast leveled parts of the city. Fine shards of glass blinded so many people that the first school for the blind was opened there.

I think keeping the packages round or square is the key to a powerful reaction here. In a longer body, less pressure is needed to rupture the casing and that's why the explosion is weaker even though there is more charge. A round one with the same amount of charge as the 50000 one would have probably emptied most of the ditch.
