To each his/her own. I wouldn't own one, and not because of the price. It does have some good stuff though.

@igor šajinović you know, a lot of people say that including me, but one day about a month ago there was a 6” blued one chillin in my local gun store and I asked to look at it. Everything on it was like the smoothest thing id ever felt in my life. It looked absolutely awesome and now its mine and I don’t regret it one bit. I have one .357 and its the python and now im a fiend for revolvers. I think a lot of people don’t see the python as feasible and its collectibility is what accounts for maybe more than half its cost. For me, it shoots like nothing else I’ve owned and I really didn’t care for it so much before I actually got my hands on one. I also just think its cool and it makes me smile shooting .357 out of it. I think for a lot of people its like the fox and the grapes.

Sckhar Leviathan Most beautiful revolver you've ever seen? More like the most ugly with all those rails and DLC from finish. A blued Colt Python will always go down as the most beautiful handgun ever made.

Yea German steel German engineering German machining. But then again 5k is normal for competition guns. Since it helps you named recorded in history.

watch how he pulled the trigger repeatedly at 0:37 he try to do that again at 1:38 but he failed...he try to cock the hammer back but he can't. that's already a malfunction, then what he did is he slightly rotate the cylinder and then pulled the trigger and it work but the 2nd time he tried to pull the trigger again it didn't work and that is another malfunction. that's why he decided to take off the cylinder and show us that it is not come with moon clips...😂😂😂😂😂

Better to get a Colt Python.
