It's literally only episode 2 and already koshitan completely affected the school's actions (setting up a scenario or appearing out of nowhere)... it's great!
At 0:08 I saw "he goes to sleep". That dammed studio is still using Ai translation without double checking it. I thought they repented when people caught them in episode 1.
It's either AI translation or a translator replacing all of the jokes with political commentary, and honestly I'd prefer the AI over a politically braindead translator
Some might argue that AI subs is better than 'woke' localizers, which for me are both cause issues in the long run. With politically inspired translators and unreliable AI, risks of having subs that is missing in context, mistranslation or translated with malice, overall anime experienced might affect for better or worse

The reason the whole show is about Torako being put through a ringer of funny as hell torturous situations maybe has something to do with her delinquent days and a deer. Maybe she killed a baby deer and the kami punished her in the form of making her life a living comedy hell. And Nokotan is the reincarnated soul of that baby deer and was tasked to torture her in funny and embarrassing Ways.
They do wonder about that and imouto comes saying nokotan must have some sort of SNS with the deers of japan and plant cameras nad have a supercomputer powered by deers to find out the answers
