KOSOVO: PRIZREN: SERB TROOPS REPORTEDLY WITHDRAWING (2)

Thousands of NATO troops spread out through Kosovo on Monday, receiving a warm welcome from ethnic Albanians.
Meanwhile, angry Serb soldiers and civilians withdrew from the province as the alliance's impasse with Russian peacekeepers entered its third day.
And scattered violence left at least four people dead and as many missing.
Serb civilians in the town of Prizren, who were preparing to leave on Monday, said they were leaving for fear of reprisal from the K-L-A and called on KFOR (the peacekeeping force for Kosovo) to protect them.
