I got mines a week ago. truly amazing watch all features work a gem batt life is great 5th day with low brightness AOD off raise to wake off batt saying 68%. All workouts work fine and gps search within secs and is totally accurate when logged in to the K app. Tracks your movement and routes. Can’t fault it so far. Love the sleek rugged design and I’ve had many compliments from family and friends. Let’s hope it worked for a few years eh. Cons compass is a bit fiddly to activate and speakers little low on volume when taking calls otherwise excellent buy for the price…
I had mine delivered July 30th. It had 97% charge. I do not use "always on" mode. I do not use it for calls or messaging. I use it as a stopwatch/timer nearly every day. I kept the health monitoring on every hour. I still have 52% charge on Aug 8th, nine days later. Battery life will definitely depend on individual use. For me, it will probably be around 2 weeks of use before I have to charge it again.
Got mine yesterday. Call volume is very quiet out of the box had to deep dive into settings and found it was set to 75%. Upped it to 100% and much better. Vibration is very weak even when set to strong. Personally I prefer the default watch face but there are some improvements to it I could suggest. First why are there 2 interactive buttons on the face that both bring up barometric pressure not that barometric pressure is particularly important enough to be on the face. Would prefer to have seen more available buttons and some as programmable on the face i.e. instead of barometric pressure maybe blood pressure and pulse as a combined reading and SOS calling for the 2nd one. Would also like to see the ability to tap on time on this face and it bring up the alarm settings just like it does on my phone and tapping on steps bring up the stats page with Kcal steps and distance (would also be nice to set the distance to miles). Instruction manual could be more concise when it comes to the various settings. A good idea would be to have a web page dedicated to showing all of the watches icons and what they do
@kadabraabra2077 Hi. I have a Tank 2. The OS is fine, stable after more than 8 months of use. My complaints are related to the lower plastic case with small screws thatone corner broke and I have to use glue because screws don't attach good (too short). But this issue is addressed in the new Tank 3 with its whole metal body case.
Chigz, nice review but you keep skipping the sports features. Next time activate any sports mode so pepole can see what type of data is ready to view. I have seen many Chinese watches with a very poor UI in activity mode thar I simply stay clear form despite the majority of the other fratures being ok
@@Ajajambo 100% spot on. Hope he dose a segment on how the watch performs on a hike/run/walk/rowing etc sports modes and how accurate the GPS is and how mich the battery lasts with long duration spots such as hiking and marathon etc... Thanks
Disappointment, I have to restart the watch for the GPS to work, answer calls and other functions, but for what its strength is, it leaves a lot to be desired.
