If youre setting up in a press position and have to have your wrist straight relative to your arm, then your hand will be carved way far in. This will give pressers a large advantage, particularly over toprollers. One of the drawbacks of setting up for a press is you nessesarily have to give up some cup in order to have your hand straight relative to the side of the table
my suggestion is that they do east vs west rules its less boring. also 7 rounds are to much. in my eyes someone winning 3/0 is the strongest. armwrestling its about who is the strongest. after 10 rounds even my sister can pin me

Didn't you watch when they matched each other up if you're going to watch arm wrestling you got to watch the whole thing you can't just pick and choose what you want then you're not going to know what's going on

I don't agree about the elbow being raised at the start. It is absolutely an advantage for the athlete who raises the elbow. It should be sanctioned with a foul.
@@rickjones841 For me is an advantage for the athlete that lift the elbow .They are big and thick and cannot keep the elbow still on the pad. Jody is right 🤣😂😅And i Add that the match between STOYAN GOLEMANOV vs BRANDON ELLSESSOR ( East Vs West 12 ) I would have it done again was very unfair Stoyan always raised his elbow at the start the referees were not attentive they were unable to see the unfairness in all three rounds.

Why are we changing the rules again,you guys are losing consistently,and people,I again don’t see why.We should stick with The Original Rules and don’t keep changing the rules.I came up with the rules for these events and I am disappointed that I never get a invite or no one will contact me.I feel Like you guys are Stealing my creativity and are not holding up your end of the deal,I was support to get 25% of all Sponsorship.
