Not really. Living in Indonesia is not really easy. There are many people who still struggle with poverty. But we have many teachers and ustadz who always said to us that we have to feel grateful (syukur and sabr) and not give up with life. That's why many indonesian people live in simplicity but still be friendly and happy with others.

Gedungnya megah" dominan warna putih jujur kesan vintagenya tidak begitu terasa, setiap gedung tua disitu desainya juga identik satu sama lain. Masih bagusan gedung gedung tua di kota lama semarang. Tapi kerenya kota tua full pedestrian jadi tidak berpolusi

70% Indonesian ppl are smoker, their start smoking from 15th years old. It's usual, because Indonesia has the best tobacco in the world and the cigarette has been smoke before native america known about it. Smoking is once of Indonesian culture, why you regret it??
There are many more people without hijabs in Pakistan and Iran than here. I thought the capital would be more modern, but it looks like an ordinary village, only bigger
@lasha6001 Wrong video, this is a local tourist destination, a colonial building, most of these people are not even from Jakarta, the real capital is "Jakarta SCBD" and this place only like 3% of whole Jakarta...
They have tried to jazz it up a bit but this place in Jakarta is really boring, people riding pushbikes around in circles, aimlessly walking around with nothing to see. And now these bloody hijabs everywhere. Never used to be like this. Its the tourists I feel sorry for, they go there expecting to find something interesting and theres nothing.
That's fine, Jakarta or Java is just for locals, Bali is for foreigners. Too many foreign tourists will be massive problem, just pack all of them to Bali and the problem is solved. Java is for local tourists, that make locals happy. Why the heck do you feel sorry for, they are all happy?
@@ian7033-qj9wgThe government don't really care about tourism appeal In Jakarta since Jakarta is the central economic of Indonesia. Yes you can go to Bali if u looking for a pleasure and fun activity for foreigner
@@marselinodirk9874Dont get your panties in a bunch, I dont mind Jakarta, its Kota Tua itself thats boring. Plenty of entertainment in other places in Jakarta.

@@otomotive4887 what is the difference? this is the capital and they are the ordinary people who live there, still dress and act like villagers, even the new generation. even in the Middle East big cities, people are much more modern than there, no matter where they are, a business or residential area. I don’t even want to imagine what’s going on outside the capital
