King Of The Dot Entertainment Just came home from a terrible, mundane, drowning, suffocating, piece-of-shit, 13-hour-no-break-on-my-feet-all-day shift, and as soon as I get home, I crack open a bottle of rum , and go straight to this shit, 'cause as a Hip-Hop head, watching battle rap is like a real reliever for me. Man, I swear, as I'm drinking and getting a good buzz, I feel like I'm in the room with these dudes...The freestyle, basement, camera-work, and drunk aspect is a real treat, and connecting as fuck for the fans...Not to mention the variety of personalities in the room, Smack + KOTD + notable Grind Time era cats. The old school wrestling references and reactions to it had me too, man. Felt like only a certain type of audience will truly feel this shit. Not a DNA fan at all really, but he just gained so much respect from me. If he can freestyle and still make perfect sense all while being pissy drunk and with no stumbles there is no excuse for these cats that write and prepare for months to be messing up. The only thing keeping him from being number one is performance and believability. That's why he and K Shine work so well. They make up for what the other lacks. If Shine teaches DNA how to tap into that "It" factor and perform DNA could potentially be the best.
