Battle rap is saving skill and pride in writing. The music isn't as influenced from battles. But the identity of the "MC" is resurfaced. It's good for hip hop and it's what made me fall in love with it.

This is what I call a debatable battle. The only clear round in this was the second which was in favor of Ill Will. This is very difficult, but I'd have to say Ill Will 2-1, The second and third round. Bigg K has a heavy bars in the middle of his last round, but it wasn't enough to edge the victory due to the way he ended his round.
to a certain extent they are. I get reacting to bars and punches but not shutting up for them to rap and them having to keep saying shut up kind of takes away from the battle

this was a classic to me, a classic is when there are no chokes from either mc, no boo's from the crowd, all 3 strong rounds with both mc's getting strong crowd reactions, and intense moments that coulda went bad,,, so to me they both went hard !! gotta give it to ill will doe, his energy and aggression got him the edge

Bigg k always makes his opponents look like amateurs. His bars are actually fresh and his, his opponents are normally just regurgitated shit from previous battle rappers.
Bigg K is friends with Caustic. Caustic used his boys gov name in the battle (kotd censored it in the release). K said it was one thing of a battler listened to his mix tapes found out his name and used it in a battle. K would just chalk that up to "nerd" s in battle rap. but since k and caustic had a personal relationship, k thought caustic crossed the line because k confided in caustic as a friend. that is k's explanation anyway
