Kotegaeshi "The Wristlock" Michael Calandra 

In this video I teach how to properly do Kotegaeshi, the wristlock. This technique is found in every martial art. The problem is many people do it wrong. I found out the hard way that I had been shown wrong. I corrected it and was able to use it in actual fighting to great success.
