I do think it should be fair between the parents. The actions in this court scene actually happens and it appears it's about money more than what's best for the child.
I agree with everything that he was saying and he should not have been tag team like that but it makes me wonder if this is what really happens when the situations are going on in the courts 🤣🤣🤣
No it doesn’t, the system seems to work in favor of the lazy and penalizes the hard working parent no matter the gender, my child’s father is a rapper who evaded child support & I’m a teacher, the child support was set at $4.25p/hr minimum wage, & could never get an increase despite despite him never paying anything except $5 a quarter for child support, do you know how expensive it is to live in miami and support a child on a teacher salary & only get $15 total for the year & you see these chics get over on the system & drain good men of everything, this system is broken, if a woman has a little bit of money the system will not work in her favor and same thing for the men. I had 1 & done, kids are expensive financially and energetically 💯

Yes it’s a funny skit, but this is every day life in child support court. They can’t find the people that just flat out refused to pay it so when they find someone who’s actually paying what they can afford to pay I’m doing the best they can they drag them through the mud.

When did a judge start deciding the child support in Fulton county? When I had to go to child support court in Atlanta the judge turned his back on us and he let the D A handle all the cases. He didn't care if the children was mine or not I had to do time in jail before they found out they wasn't my kids and still paid out years later worth of child support. Once you go they never let go . That's how the state of Georgia operate.

Fellow fathers: If you Baby's Mom constantly asking for child support increases, then she seems to not be able to financially take care of that child. As the father, why don't you request full custody since she needs child support increases.
Exactly the way the courts are....most women live lavishly with child support while the child or children go lacking....guys abstain from relations before marriage...PERIOD!!! Get married and have a family...be smart about it!
