In a bowl put 20 g of live yeast, 1 tbsp. sugar, 200 ml. fresh milk and 4 tbsp. flour. I leave for 10 minutes to rise. In a bowl, beat 3 eggs, add 150 g. sugar, 2 vanilla, the peel of 1 lemon and 50 g of slightly melted butter. In a deep bowl put the fermented yeast and egg mixture and stir. I start gradually adding 600 g of flour, at the beginning I will mix with a wooden spoon, and finally I will knead a soft dough with my hands. When kneading, it is important to pull the dough. Finally I have to put it in the dough 30 ml. oil, by kneading, as I showed in the video. I leave the dough to rise for 2 hours. Knead the risen dough lightly and divide it into 4 equal parts. From them I will make 4 wicks for the dough. As a filling I will use 50 g of raisins and 40 g of Turkish delight. After braiding the Easter cake, I leave it to rise for 1 hour. Before baking, spread on top with 1 egg yolk and one tbsp. fresh milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes, after the first 20 minutes cover with foil.
