Thank you for mentioning Sulli. Sulli may not be my bias, but I will always remember her contribution along with the other f(x) members to the diversity of Kpop music in their era (my youth).

I haven't known Hyolyn for long, but before any prejudiced person wants to say anything should see how talented is that woman. First of all her songs are good, they have a good rhythm. Her voice is purely beautiful and sensual, she doesn't need autotune, she dances incredibly and is obviously is very beautiful. An artist of this stature should be better known and have more recognition, that's why she is one of my favorites and I always have her songs on my playlist.

This is definitely influenced by Black women! The African dancing, the tan, the outfits, the way it’s filmed-it all echoes ’90s R&B, Aaliyah, Victoria Monét, Kehlani, Amaarae, Tyla, Shenseea, Rihanna, Normani, Chlöe, Teyana Taylor, Coco Jones, Tinashe, and so many more who came before them. This is 100% Black woman-coded. She learned well

Guys, I know Hyolyn is probably not the best romanization of 효린 but you pronouncing it as 'Ha-yo-lyn' is so funny 😂 You may be curious to know that it is pronounced correctly like Hyo-rin, also can be Hyo-lin, where 'Hyo' sounds like 'yo' but with 'h' sound in front, and 'rin' is obviously pronounced as it is, rhymes with 'pin' or 'win', so together - Hyo-rin/Hyo-lin. The scoring is actually what I expected, and I agree

Yeah, tbf you shouldn't be expected to know about Sulli, it was literally your introduction to the group and looked like that info was easy to miss. I dunno if other old Kpop fans feel the same but as an old Kpop fan that has been into it since 2008, I think too many fans are reactionary and need to relax a bit lol. I say this as someone that was very much affected by the passing of Sulli, Koo Hara, and Junghyun.

i didnt like the chorus when i first listened either but i think the song isnt supposed to be a title track catch your attention song... i listen to this song in the summer in the car and its such a good vibe for that.. its not by all means a crazy song, but its gives good vibes and thats why i like it.. a song doesnt have to be complex or anything to give you a good feeling. its not musically impressive but it does make you feel good and hyolyn is one of the queens of summer along with fromis
