The hand gesture (🤙🤙) is actually a symbol or sign of "flute" . Song says "hare krishna" , krishna is god whose favorite musical instrument is flute , so to symbolise lord Krishna ,this horizontal double hand gesture (🤙🤙) was made . It's not a "w".
