Either that, or dancing just isn't her thing, because she made more mistakes in the second take than the first. I just wish she would be practiced more.
I don't see how processing the ability to dance automatically disqualifies people from having an opinion. Do you need to be a DJ just to know the song your listening to isn't good, or a chef to know when your chicken is dry? Can you not just use your sense to tell these things without having to be an expert to actually have a say?
Uncreative Saying she needs practice is okay but adding “she’s not as good so she needs practice” or “she looks bad so she needs practice” Is really hurtful. You can give constructive criticism tearing her down. Maybe it’s not intentional but it is how some of the comments are. “The girl who plays chaeyoung isn’t as enthusiastic as the others but if she practice more she can get better.” “The chaeyoung girl is a bit stiff, she should loosen up more” that’s constructive criticism. You can give her advice without using ‘not good’ or ‘bad.’
y’all have to stop bashing the girl who did chaeyoung’s part . it’s nice to give constructive criticism , but bashing her and saying she sucked is just ... damn . keep your comments to yourself if you can’t be respectful while saying them . she’s probably read these comments and felt down or bad about how she performed . athletes and dancers are VERY difficult on themselves when they make mistakes or don’t look the best . as a dancer myself , i can vouch for this . anyways , good job on this ! this cover was pretty great overall .

The girl in the white shorts definitely did work hard but i feel like a big part of what dragged her down that i notice was the fact that she wasnt really bending her legs when it was required (a bit stiff) and didnt have much bouncing in her steps which is needed in this dance. Her upper body is better but her leg work needs a bit of touching up on
Chaeyoung is my ultimate bias but guys be nice to the one covering her part, she wasn’t that bad. Props to all of you to pull this off in public. Thx for representing TWICE ^^
Dang some of you expressed what you feel about Chaeyoung without knowing how offensive some of your comments are... I don't mean all the people commenting about her,just the people who says "Chaeyoung girl makes me laugh" and some stuff like that..
Are we watching the same video? In many parts she couldn't/didn't even follow the choreography correctly (very noticeable in the chorus), other parts she just half-assed the moves. I can see that apart from those parts she's totally capable of doing the moves well, but that's very inconsistent for a dance cover! Still, it's okay, everyone can get better with more practice. I think she'll need some more of it.

Love how everyone gets mad at the people who say Chaeyoung was bad but you do realize they had to practice this right, that's why people are talking about it so, they obviously had time to adjust to this dance but it upsets us because you can see the struggle and confusion of the girl. Sorry if I sound like I'm hating, I really loved this video, it gives a really nice vibe with the colors.

they're not wrong though. the ones who are attacking her are going overboard, but she does need more practice. she made mistakes in both takes. there's nothing "fucked up" with simply stating that she needs more practice.

This dance is way harder than people think I've been learning for 3 days and I'm only just done with chaeryoung's part. Also I have too much booty which makes it harder to bounce during the chorus.

Someone please describe the girl who did Chaeyoungs part. People keep criticizing her, it’s not like you can dance this WHOLE dance perfectly. Stop criticizing her because she tried her best. You all keep saying she’s bad but I watched them all carefully, I even reminded the video to see if they were all into it AND THEY ARE, so whoever played Chaeyoung did her best so keep your comments to yourself.
Everyone who bashing the girl in white short and pink shirt need to stop. For the people who said the never saw her during Practice or rehearsal she was in the back row in the first group and probably did get as much help as in people in the front. She tried her best which was good, she was just a second to early or a second late. In the second version she look like she close to having a nervous break down so just leave the poor girl alone!
ok.. i think the 2nd video that you make is a lot messier than the first one tbh, no offense. the blonde hair with white short pants is always get lost from the first intro hehe, hope you can more focus on the next dance you cover later. but overall, all of you already did such a great job, fighting!!
her performance, however, did *not* show how she was trying her best. i'm not hating or being toxic here, objectively her dance was just really weak. looking at the other dancers, it's hard to say Chaeyoung tried her best

i don't know the original choreo lineup so I didn't know who played chaeyoung but it kinda became obvious who it was during the dance. The girl playing chaeyoung needs more practice and to loosen up she seems stiff. She definitely knows the moves but as she practices she needs to work her hips more. Practice makes perfect!

i’m going to be honest. “chaeyoung” seemed like she was uncomfortable or maybe reluctant to do the dance, during the chorus and some other moments throughout the song her timing wasn’t that great, during the chorus her moves seemed a bit sloppy and messy sometimes. and sometimes during the chorus the group timing wasn’t right and i think your group lacks timing. but other than that every single one of you did amazing, i definitely couldn’t dance in public like that 😊

Raven The ARMY idk if this is bc I dance for a living but I don’t think it’s an insult, really. Its more of constructive criticism bc it does *really* suck when everyone practiced for hours to make it perfect for only one person to ruin the whole thing. People who dance competitively know that no matter how many people are in the piece, that one person can be a distraction if they keep on messing up which will only ruin the whole performance. Obviously this wasn’t for competition purposes but I could still see that everyone really did try their best but that one person just didn’t meet the standard.
she was probably nervous or didn’t get enough practice. the least you guys could do is add some encouragement to your criticism like saying “she did well but needs improvement” so that the girl can feel less guilty for something she probably didn’t do on purpose. this wasn’t any competition or anything so idk why everyone is taking it so seriously. let them have fun. and I doubt the other girls would hate that girl for not being able to dance as well. we all learn at our own pace.

I'm not the one to judge but she looked really stiff, like a piece of wood, her body wasn't fluid at all, she could barely bend. Maybe she has some issues I can't tell, but yeah, she was too reluctant with her moves.

"Chaeyoung" did what she could do. Saying she's bad won't do anyone any good. Yes, she might need a little more practice but this doesn't mean she's a terrible dancer. She just needs a little more confidence but no need to hate.
