YG will always be the non-conformist, trendsetter in kpop. I love that their music dont follow trend- and I give a lot of credit to their amaaazing producers from the artists to Their inhouse and black label producers. And yes, they wont so something typical, no formula based on current trend.

YG's transition into rap parts are always on point, i bet you there are no awkward transition in YG's song when it comes to rap part, YG always have a great rapper that complement their great vocal

The low tone rapper guy is Haruto Watanabe, a 16-year old Japanese boy from Fukuoka, Japan. He's an amazing dancer and also had trained as vocalist in his earlier years of training. He's the first to be announced as the final member of this group (the group actually was formed through a survival show tho there were lots of changes that happened) but this boy is a gem.

Music has always made me feel a lot of stuff. So of course, there were many times I boosted my mood by listening to music, but I have never felt like a song ist really giving me hope and strength to get through it all. Listening to this song really gave me a feeling of hope, the feeling that someone believes in me although of course TREASURE don't know about me. I know it's kinda cheesy writing this but I almost cried out of happiness. This song just made me feel so many things. Good things.

I love the way you break this down. I appreciate the song more after you pointed out the details. It's such a feel good song, I love the message and the vocals but I initially thought that the melody was not that catchy (it's just that it did not get stuck in my head like Going Crazy). But I know it is good because even if it sounds fun and light it still made me cry. Thank you for also pointing out the YG aspects because a lot are saying that Treasure does not have the YG vibe. I've read somewhere that they really thought long and hard on how they would like to present the song with the message they wanted to deliver. Hi 👋 I would like you to look forward to Treasure's comeback on the 15. There will be 4 songs on the tracks with 2 songs that will be in the cd only. Their title track is called Jikjin, which means Going Straight. I'm 100% sure that this track will be hip-hop because that's the main thing for YG. The other 3 tracks of this new mini album will exists of R&B, Pop, and Ballad. In the new album, 4 of the members are in the making of composing and writing lyrics, which they are Hyunsuk, Yedam, Haruto, and Yoshi with other producers as well. Hyunsuk also composed and wrote lyrics of the drama, BFF (Best Friends Forever) too.

My personal opinion on their rappers: Hyunsuk- The Typical YG rapper, the swaggy one. Haruto- He gives me the SM x YG rapper vibe. The low tone rapper always reminds me of SM rappers, but he has that YG sound I found on TOP. Yoshi- He gives me a JYP x YG vibe. When he raps, he often smile unlike Hyunsuk and Haruto, I think he can rap the fastest. He gives me a Chaeyoung (Twice) vibe, the cutesy swaggy vibe.
