Hwaa (火花) is a "continuation" of Hann (一). There's a B-track on their last album "I BURN" that makes this interlude between both songs, the song is also called Hann (寒). So: Hann (一) > Hann (寒) > Hwaa (火花). If you check all lyrics you will get all the geniuses behind the three songs. Anyways, Soyeon is a genius producer and lyricist!
hann - mad because of break up hwaa - moving on and i like how these two songs give the same vibes to make it really connected to each other, stan (g)i-dle y'all
Weeekly After school stans on its own. There is no other song can compare to it. It can make you laugh for all the silly things you did, or make you cry for things you wished you had courage to do, or make you wanna go for a hike on a beautiful Sunday morning... it simply brings out the most vulnerable and innocent part in you.
glad people agreed that after school and asap give off the same vibe. been trying to find other songs that fit the vibe cus those songs are such serotonin boost 😫🤍
A lot of these may be sampled from one another ❤️ I think Gashina and Solo were both produced by Teddy though 😊 sampling in music is when producers and their team reuse of a portion (or sample) of a sound recording in another recording, the way they do this is by asking the original producer/company to buy the right to sample the tune/melody/beat etc. some sampled songs in Kpop are BlackPink’s “How You Like That”which was sampled from their song “Ddu-du Ddu-du” AND “Boombayah”
Tbh, I would pair asap with love so sweet by cherry bullet. After school still stands as a good one tho. But love so sweet and asap reminds me of each other.
hann and another hann in the latest album and hwaa are actually a trilogy, that’s why soyeon produced them to give off a related vibe, hwaa is the closure, that’s why it ended in a powerful note
