KPRC Channel 2 in Houston, Texas signs off the air following an NFL football game. The typical FCC information is announced and a custom, localized video accompanies the National Anthem. Digitized from a Betamax (beta II) videotape.
The music in the sign off announcement is the exact same as what was used at WSM-TV in Nashville. Unless the NFL telecast in question was an Oilers preseason game, This sign off was more likely than not in the overnight hours between Sunday and Monday (Fall 1980). Did the tape come with an exact date or what the matchup of the game in question that night was?
That rendition of the Star-Spangled Banner was used on other KPRC sign-offs even into the 1990's. Only the images have changed. As for the first slide after the Seal of Good Practice, that has to be from the 1960's as that stylized "2" looked different from what KPRC was using at the time.
