Buggs/Ryan are amazing together. Hopefully we can get some real good RP'ing cops on the force. Because when Buggs/Ryan/Jeff get together and "break bad", the results tend to be side-hurting painful with laughter. (Like the last "big shootout" where Ryan gets one-tapped through a door and things go insane)
They didnt have shit but speculation and ridiculously escelated that whole situation. If this were an actual police interaction every one of those officers would have lost their badges.
@@pavementpariah7342 Technically if the cops did make a legal traffic stop they could request any occupant to exit the vehicle. The traffic infraction in this situation is at 30:30 when they fail to yield at a stop sign therefor giving the officers the legal reason to conduct a traffic stop. The officers then had the legal ability to remove any occupants from the vehicle do to Pennsylvania v. Mimms. However this is a game.
@@SilentxKillerx5 He had no reason and knew it, clearly nobody had any legitimate reason for a stop so they just got mad instead. Pretty realistic RP honestly.

So i watched this event from Jeff's perspective first and I was wondering why the cops got lit up immediately, now with the full context this is so fucking hilarious XD
I love how you see Jeff in the background like 3 times before this happened and you get a glimpse of this pursuit from his perspective. If Jeff was in that pursuit it would've been a different outcome for them, but with the context from their perspective the shootout makes sense now! Makes me wonder if the boys would have handled this differently if they knew that the Lexus had been BOLOd earlier due to it being at the garage?
@@The_FangsDemon It was brought up in the OCRP chat that the Lexus wasnt supposed to be "BOLO`d", just "cautioned". So it was a little miscommunication which led to the lexus being BOLO`d.
Right when Ryan doubted the ability to shake the cops, Buggs must've thought "challenge accepted". Dude knows every alley and backway better than anyone I've ever seen in this game. It's like a quarterback nickel and diming the defense on checkdowns and slants all day just to let it rip over a sleeping defense to a wide open go route. Some Houdini shit right there.

From 11:59 to 13:10 was Jeff in that charger, love seeing the different perspectives and "stories" overlap between videos. Finished watching, the Green Bean definitely gave the cops a lot of speculative information (heresy) and the cops just rolled with it from their own bias. LOL still great video and they deserved to get lit up at the end!
