@MrK623 there were no signs or warnings of any kind telling him not to take them and when he was questioned about it, he admitted it without even thinking about it. Maybe he thought they belong to a local fisherman and not a Company, but he really didn't think he was stealing them.

Kramer with his idocity, his charm, his goofus hair, and his body, and most importantly his genuine talk, friendliness and way of looking at life because he has no work is an inspiration for me. This is how I hang out when I am out.. My father has that approach too, but he is financially well secured, and tons of experience, he overpowered hos social shyness with playing guitar for many years on stage. I HOWEVER still don't know hpw to approach women, how to pick up signals. And how to close the deals. Kramer is a go getter. Despite his educational , logical, and financial reasonings. Kramer is a role model on how tp get by life. (TcB.) Neither jerry nor george or elaine has the security of kramer.. (Self confidence.) he picked up women already. I COULD do one. Beach skill's

Wrong! Commercial traps have to have a tag (license) on them, with a number. If they were properly marked, yes it would be against the law.

If they're gonna leave the traps on a public beach like that then there needs to be signage in place. A placard attached to the cage or something. Otherwise its reasonable to assume theyd been abandoned. Issuing a fine for that is just rediculous.

I once went to maine and they literally have buoys that have rope attached to them and a cage and they are full of lobsters. Never ate so good in my life! Don't understand why more states don't do that.
