I love maintenance and cleaning my trucks. Repairs and what not is actually my favorite part of the hobby. My wife laughs at me because the first thing I do with a new rc is tear it apart. I love the drawers and shelves at your work station btw!

I rather enjoy cleaning RCs after bashing....funny what aspects of RC hobby folks enjoy 😆 really enjoy pre-bash setup. Laying out ramps & gaging distances, and setting up RCs. People look at me like WTF is this guy doing, then proceed with 2×-3× backflips, big air singles, wheelies! I love it 😀 great videos man 👍🏽

I use my air compressor to help dry mine but I don't blow the air into the electronics. I also put it in front of a blower fan. However, I did not think to turn the vehicle upside down. Very good idea! I will also start doing the spray grease in the bearings as well as checking the diffs. Thank you.

My Kraton did that too, throttle needed to be calibrated. Then the issue went away and hasn’t come back.

Any experience with carbon fiber shock towers? I run EDM's at the machine shop I work at. I thought about making some out of carbon fiber or thicker aluminum plates. Just for fun.

most bearings are sealed - I don't think that spraying onto them will do anything apart from bit of lube on seal itself.

So the secret lies with the silicone spray and not with WD 40/AC 90 or something in that category. To be honest they both are hard to wipe and dry but I see the silicone spray is easier to handle.
