He surely seems to have majored piano, and also even prominent one of those who have majored it. If he couldn't do that, that definitely would have been more strange. Those who 'majored' are different. Normally they already have dealt with all those pieces you know before, and they just need only to recall their memories. It is not only high level of mastery on one piece, but also how wide their range of dealing with various amounts that decides proficency of piano skills. I even think latter is slightly more important

@@닐레스코 also having mastered so many etudes, Traum will very rarely face new technical challenges in repertoire.

I imagine this piece like a student poking on the person in front of them. The piece is just so playful like a teenager, yet it is just so beautiful, so experimental and playful, but that is what love is. This piece along with Dvorak's Serenade for strings in E major are one that I felt what love would sound like.

@einstein015 This is one of my very favorite pieces. My favorite performer ( so far! Are you reading this, Maestro?) is Jorge Bolet. He didn't care for studio recording but encouraged his audiences to do live recording at his recital/ concerts His signature pieces other than this one are Schubert's Sonata D 959 and the Wagner Liszt Tannhauser overture ( as talented as Mr. Bolet was, he became more well known and respected at 59 years old after he performed the Tannhauser) and the 4 sonnets by Schubert/ Liszt. I would have included the links for you but YT has not been too keen on comments with links. Let me know if you have trouble finding the live recordings.

You can really see why it is called “Love's Joy” it shows the emotion that Love is amazing that Love says hello in a confusing way, it gets you excited like “what the hell is going on? What am I feelin!?” and then when it goes soft you just understand that when you're in love you just feel at peace with your loved one that you want to spend the rest of your life with that person. That's Love's Joy On the other hand, Love's Sorrow is telling the story of how Love can also be painful how it brings you this longing feeling and like it's saying goodbye to your departed loved one, it's telling you to get used to sorrow until one day you are to follow the one who left you. You both lived life together but now it's time to say goodbye and get used to this. This is Love's Sorrow And together the Joy and Sorrow of Love what makes it even more enchanting and magical in a way that we can never understand.
