No, Ellen, OJ was accused of killing Nicole Simpson AND Ron Goldman. Let us never forget the other victim and may justice be done, whether in this life or the next.
Gam3Junkie Ron Goldmans mum and dad won a ruling and received a huge payout so yeah Fuck the Goldmans. They got a huge sum of money so who gives a shit about them. Money grabbing cunts anyway. Even Nicole's parents were in OJ's trouser pockets for cash. That's the ONLY reason they agreed to custody of the kids. And they didn't give the Goldmans a penny. Maybe if Ron wasn't sniffing round another mans wife...oh that's right OJ didn't do it. Riiiiiight. Toxic people living in a fakeass world of surgery, obsessive looks, celebrity, infotainment and general excess. A lot of people have to make sacrifices for a few to live this comfortably. They make no apologies so why do people think Kardashians are Demi gods. They havnt done an honest days work in their whole lives.
Nancy Fraps how the fuck is he not guilty. if the trial was today everyone would have seen that he is guilty as fuck. the crime scene has tona of evidence and how the fucking fuck did the blood get intl ojs house. fuck this shit
Well Ellen has got to do what she has to do.. But I really adore Kris's way of responding to every question. It is quite sensitive, but questions should be answered.
Just another fake as hell no one was killed hoax with a totally fake trial as well. All to drive the races apart so the elites can rip us off while we are distracted!
The way ellen handled this was really insenstive and rude. These are real people and Kris was clearly very uncomfortable and upset judging by her face at the end and ellen just wanted to plug the tv show. Very bad hosting.
+Kei kei I agree. Kris handled it amazing and like a Pro who is used to tough interviews. This was very shoddy work for Ellen. If it wasn't Kris and someone less used to difficult intense interviews, this would have been wayyyyy more awkward. I love Ellen but wtf? she made it sound like she was asking about a tv character or plot in a movie and not a real human being and real situation.
***** Um.. you do realise that as the host of the show and the interviewer Ellen has the responsibility to the guest to make them feel comfortable regardless of the questions accepted by Kris. Ellen was very impersonal and rude in my opinion.
+Dee M she really is a brilliant and well spoken woman. sure, there is controversy about how she handles things, but without getting into that...just in general she is a PRO and people don't give her enough credit for that.
+Dee M if she really were a "true class act" she wouldn't be speaking about it at all...the victims' families must be aghast at how much money these people are making off of a tragedy that happened over 20 years ago....the Kardashians are the most exploitative people in America, it's reprehensible to dig all this up for publicity and $$$$
+zonetwelve Lol what ? How much do you get paid to hate them so much ? How exactly did she exploit them ? What did she ever do to you ? She was asked a question & she answered it, I thought she gave a very appropriate answer. The family to this day still says Kris & the kids have always had their backs & stood by their side, Oj's kids still talk to Kris's so stay mad.
I'm so surprised at how ellen treated this. You can see in her eyes she's just looking for juicy deets like this didn't actually happen. Like 2 very real people were not murdered in cold blood. Like she's not speaking with the best friend of the deceased.
This is very heartbreaking to watch, I don't really care for Kris but I feel badly for her having to go through this. Kind of a tasteless, tacky interview for Ellen.
She is beautiful though, always has been. Botox, sure, but like I said she's always been gorgeous and her daughters (especially Kendall) are naturally pretty. Too bad a few of them have radioactive personalities.
I feel like Ellen's questioning was a little insensitive - yeah, 22 years have passed - but I'm sure that was a very traumatic experience and people don't escape guilt like that over night. I can't imagine if she wasn't a Kardashian that she would treat it so lightly.
+conflictstress Talk shows usually have pre-interviews to discuss boundaries. And besides they're making a movie about it. She didn't answer the questions she felt uncomfortable answering...people who have a backbone don't need ideal circumstances to maintain their boundaries.
And it's also her job. They're all friends in real life and anyone who understands Hollywood knows this isn't Ellen DeGeneres asking these questions, this is Ellen the talk show host asking these questions. Getting answers out of people that haven't been answered before makes people tune in. People tuning in will keep a show on the air. Low viewership = no show.
@@collinsmugodo380 Ellen doesn't respect boundaries. Celebrities put a list of topics they don't want to discuss and then during the show Ellen surprises them with "So how are you dealing with your divorce?" and wants to see an emotional reaction.
+tinaloveseddie Actually most of the stories related to abuse are exactly like that. No one notices, even parents until something happens and change it.
tinaloveseddie you cant blame her if she didnt notice. Kris has a family to focus on. She was divorced during that time. But the fact she and nicole would still meet each other and have breakfast or whatever is nice enough. And because nicole didnt tell her anything about the abuse. How would anyone know? :/
People just love to hate Kris and her children and its disgusting. They even carry that hate onto topics like this and they don’t deserve it. Kris and her kids are human just like you or I, sure they make mistakes. But they aren’t bad people.
To me she's not like her daughters who try to be all that. She seems like a real down to earth person - who also happens to have money. I've met some honest to God, great amazing people who are millionaires! It's just sad that her daughters aren't more down to earth.
+Pie the truth. Nobody cares about the thousands of people that die everyday unless they become a viral story or they're famous. It's sad but what can you do. The fact that 2 celebrities were involved people focus on them 2 instead of Ron since he wasn't famous.
+Laura Mastromonaco Kris knew what all of the questions would be prior to the interview, this show is pre-rehearsed. So it may come off as insensitive to us because this is our first time watching it, but this isn't Kris' first time being asked these questions by Ellen. This is basically a reenactment of a conversation they had beforehand.
+Joshua Frick Woah, calm down. I was not by any means saying that how she looked defined her as a person, nor am I putting her in the same category as a "brutal dictator". I'm so sorry for my "ridiculous comment", as you so adequately put it, but I was simply saying that, despite all of the dislike she may get, she is most definitely a beautiful woman. Just paying a simple complement. Have a nice day.
+DIY Queen The show is pre-rehearsed. What you see on (most) talk shows is really a reenactment of what was said/done before hand when there was no audience/cameras rolling, so Kris already knew what they were going to talk about :-)
+DIY Queen They obviously talked about it before the show hence the slideshow. You know ellen is a kind person. What better person to ask without judgement .....? Ellen
+Andres no...the producers take a list of "off limit" questions, and they approve subject matter. This isn't "pre rehearsed" question for question. asking questions has a lot more to do with tact and if say Oprah had asked these exact questions, it could have came off very differently and more empathetic. Ellen was strange here...she made it feel like a movie script, and not like it actually happened to Kris in real life. This was really weird, I love Ellen usually.
Wow didnt expect ellen to be this harsh very dissapointed in her way of speaking.. Just easily asking how she found out the death? These were the dark memories of kris, a very sensitive topic, and ellen's questions are definitely not helping
+gizibeo she had no tact at all in this interview. oprah or diane sawyer or someone else would have made these exact questions so much less awkward. ellen dropped the ball here.
I've never seen an episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians, and I don't know too much about them except that everyone either hates or loves them, and Kris in particular is supposed to be a greedy mom. But watching this, she seems completely normal and kind. I don't know, I guess I was expecting her to sound really squeaky and stuck up or something, lol.
watch any of the old episodes when the jenner sisters were still kids and you'll know the tiff kris n scott used to have.. he would call her crazy and greedy as well... she used to be Kims manager! so she obviously did stuff so kim would gain more fame n more conections to go to parties n such
+Shaye Kisitu Sure I guess. But i hope you know she has had a VERY large number of cosmetic operations, professional make up artist, hair stylists etc etc...
+Eml E Hello. Yes, I do know this. There is no way that someone her age looks that good without having undergone some cosmetic surgery. Whoever her surgeon is though, he or she did a fantastic job. I have seen really horrific cases of cosmetic surgery gone bad or where too much of a Chang was made to render it as significant. The individual is then left virtually unrecognizable. Have a wonderful day today😊
These shows are scripted. I doubt Ellen sprung this onto Kris without her knowing anything. Either way, Kris handled such a difficult subject with grace.
I don't know why you guys are surprised, Ellen's always like that when she interviews people. She has no emotions on her face and it comes across as rude or disinterested.
Ellen is being very insensitive in this interview, the way she says “ I can’t believe she never told you when u r her close fren” is a really offensive and rude thing to say when u put yourself in Kris shoes
Ron gets forgotten so much when this case is discussed. Either not mentioned at all, referred to as her friend or, incorrectly, as her lover. He was a person, he had a name, and needs to be remembered.
I can't believe that Ellen could be so tactless, tasteless, repulsive, & uncouth by her even bringing up the whole tragic topic about Nicole Simpson being murdered to Kris, especially when everyone knows that they had been best friends for who know how many years before Nicole & Ronald Goldman's heinous, untimely deaths. Ellen never even had the human decency to ever even mention Ron's name not even once @ all bc she was way too busy praising Marcia Clark's name & the way that M. Clark had been so wrongfully mistreated "as a woman" throughout the entire OJ Simpson court/trial proceedings. #thefemaleprosecutormatters #morethanronswholeentirelife #ifyouletellentellit #smh
Very disappointed in Ellen with how she views ACS. It's not fascinating to watch. Two people were murdered by O.J. Simpson and he got away with it. How is that fascinating? My heart goes out to the Brown and Goldman family.
It is fascinating to watch. Not pleasant but fascinating. True crime shows at the very least give you an new and sometimes more personal insight into stories we hear about through media buzz. OJ's case is no different, it lets you see the events unfold through the eyes of the people who were actually there which is incredibly interesting.
+COOKS GUREJ he was found not guilty in the murder of Nicole Brown Simpson in the 90s. He later went to prison after being found guilty of armed robbery, assault and kidnapping in Vegas (a separate crime) in 2008.
my grandmother died feb 12 this year.. she had cancer and had it over two times... this time she didn't beat it and she also died of headaches.. she was and still is a big fan of you. i would go over to her house all the time and we would watch your show.. you are such an amazing person.. i love you ellen. i wish i could meet you one day.. it would mean a lot to me and make my wish come true. :( ~ alyson brooke denmark
Say what you want about here but the way she looks, the way she holds herself is amazing. She is definitely the new 60 - looking amazing, vibrant, full of life.
Actually, everyone in the world does that. Even you. Trust me, ask some friends or family of yours. They'll tell you that there's definitely a few things you say a lot.
Aww I felt bad for her. it kinda sux having to reopen a locked storage of bad memoreis for more than 20 yrs and being questioned about it daily. it must really hurt. she looked so hurt, reliving the past.
Aw I feel sorry for Kris at the end. Ellen built up so many emotions for her and when Kris was interrupted due to the ending of the segment, you can see that she's nearly about to cry. Plus I don't usually say this about Ellen, but this was kinda poorly done. I felt uncomfortable watching this... It's not like Kris "got a new boyfriend" and wants all the information about it... It's about a murder that happened and her family was put right in the middle of it
all the Kardashian hate media aside, Kris Jenner is part of a historic case and i found it really interesting to watch her talk about it from her perspective. She handled herself so well.
Stacia Nichole it still doesn't matter a 18 year old is by law maybe adult only bcuz if any crime occurs they can fully be charged etc but by society an 18 year old is not much of an adult like for someone who's like 25 for example.. both of them were under 20 n the men almost 30 thats just sick n gross..
OJ was already married with kids when he met Nicole. Watching the documentary shows why the story was so big back then. It gave insight to the life of the rich which is often concealed. The public usually only sees the good side.
Christ. Imagine saying ‘when my best friend was killed it was so painful for all of us, every day something was taken from us. It’s a very painful memory’ and then the person you’re talking to says ‘well everyone please go watch that play out on TV. It’s a fascinating thing to watch’ - Where’s the empathy? Where’s the respect? You can tell from Kris’s face she’s disturbed
Ellen handled this so poorly. From victim-blaming Nicole, to trying to get "juicy" details about this case, to not mentioning Ron Goldman, etc. This entire interview is an insult to both Ron and Nicole. Shame on Ellen for this
Marcia Clarke wasn't "torn apart", and it wasn't because she was a woman. She was rightly criticized because the prosecution was inept and disorganized, and failed in what everyone said should have been a walk to home plate.
They say her family knew & kept telling her to stay, & they were helped out financially by OJ...but people can & do hide abuse from friends, it’s sadly incredibly common...
It’s sad because the media only ever mentions Nicole, I’m 21 and barely actually looking into this story now, but never heard about Ron until Kendall Rae’s videos. So sad that everyone forgets to mention BOTH victims.
I recall when the verdict came in I worked for a large company and literally every single person there went into a conference room with a TV to see it read, and we were all was totally surprised he was found not guilty. I'm no Kardashian fan, but this is truly sad for Kris Jenner to have lost her friend like that. Most people that are in an abuse situation don't open up to their closest family or friends because the abuser isolates them. And poor Ron Goldman got killed too by that creep.
It really seems clear to me this family had money before lil Kim's "home video" , so can people really say that Kim made their family wealthy off of the tape? I still believe they'd be just as famous with Kim having done the tape.
+David Dacus they were obviously wealthy, Kris had a successful business and Robert Kardashian was an successful lawyer. When Kris and Robert broke up Kris married Bruce an ex olympian with many endorsements and is worth millions. So obviously they had some kind of money. However, Kim did bring the family into the spot light, she did make them richer then what they were. You're right they might be just as famous but I doubt as famous as they are now. By the way I'm not a crazy Kardashian fan I just read Kris Jenners book hahaha
This is one of the few times my heart breaks for Kris. I wish the (obvious) truth would finally come out. But every time I go on Twitter there’s OJ living his best life. I wanna know what was in that luggage Robert Kardashian hauled away from the scene? Wow.
