@@silvodacoya5135 no wonder that you are still wondering in this world like a lost kid, who tries to fit in every thing beyond his understanding into his own narrow perception about things and discarding rest as unnecessary. Accept gracefully that you don't know and do not understand even a fraction of this world and universe , then only you can begin learning else will depart this world with wrong notion of self proclaimed ' all knowledgeable ' being.
I have started doing yoga before 2 month by using the book apmp its very useful for all ....May u can also use it...Now i m doing yoga courses to became a teacher
A big vanakkam/namasthe to Sri A.G.Mohan whose book "Yoga for Body Breath and Mind" is excellent and a must-read for those wishing to explore Yoga. Anyone who randomly joins a Yoga Class without individual evaluation, counseling and teaching by a qualified teacher, is asking for serious trouble in terms of injuries: I was one such person years ago, suffering many injuries. I was so impressed by the book I went to meet him in Chennai many years ago, just to pay my respects. I then learned to blend in the principles of Chinese Chi Kung. Which in retrospect is what the great Guru T. Krishnamacharya taught in the first place. Deep relaxation, focus on the breath, energize the Praana to flow, and never use force in Yoga postures: these are four cardinal principles. Praana is best guided by the inner/deeper mind and not the ego mind. So hard to explain. One last thing, I've learned to warm up with suitable exercises and gentle dynamic stretches of the most vulnerable muscles: the calf muscles and the hamstrings, first before doing Yoga. @@BeingGM sorry to say this, but nobody on RU-vid or Internet should suggest that...weight loss has so many causes, and proper investigation by your doctors with full blood work etc is needed. Particularly thyroid blood levels. Wishing you good health.

well needed intel of our ancient techniques illustrated to modern generations . Indians are mostly getting attracted to western stuff now a days, but if we really look at how our ancient stories looked a like, with proper culture and living hood. In my personal opinion Yoga should be made as a mandatory subject in primary school so each and every kid in india know all ancient techniques and the goodness of doing yoga which they would remember and continue doing through out the life, so every next generation will have a healthy future for themselves by avoiding most of the aliments caused due to lazy lifestyle with no activity. Yoga is life :)
We are indebted to the great sage who cultivated yoga with purity of his soul. The physical body might wither away but the purity remains and grows... Enlightening the followers...

In yogic teaching hata yoga is just like primary education after hata yoga comes raj yoga to reach higher samadhi. Bcos goal of hata yoga is jad samadhi which is a tamsic sate of mind. The highest samadhi is sama yoga which lord krishna had attained. In this state u remain un attached with all the wordy actions and it's consequences
He's a legend, though out of the older yogis i think only Dayananda Saraswati developed serious strength and power to be able to hold and push back 2 bulls, after him the next lot came strength wise Ramamurthy etc.
