She originated the part of Mary in "Reefer Madness: The Musical" It opened on September 11th, 2001, and closed a week later. Now you know...the rest...of the story.
@@kimberlyhenderson7604 I had to take the original song out of my spotify, because it starts so upbeat and fun and I sing along, but by the end I would always be crying and sad. Can be a bit of a vibe-killer. 😆
The two kids were so good at their parts, but the moment Kristen opened up her mouth I wasn't expecting to cry but I did... dang that woman is talented. She really got the emotion right and so clear. She's amazing.
Kristen has such a clean and beautiful voice! Love it when you can listen to someone sing without having to be afraid of hearing a false tone and just enjoy
Anyone who lost their mother as a child knows the pain expressed here all too well. You are a lost child even into adulthood-especially if the remaining parent takes their grief out on the kids in the form of neglect and abuse. Being orphaned-I hate to imagine how awful that would feel.
Same. Im fighting back tears now. I’m not afraid of death. But I’m terrified of leaving my children and husband feeling so much pain. We are all so close, and I have come close a couple of times. The looks on their faces had me fighting with everything I had no matter how painful it was/is to be in this body.
Yeah, it was a tearjerker for sure. Having a little girl kinda meant I really had no choice but to watch it at least a few times and I was always taken by surprise at how sweet and sentimental it ended up being. However, it’s MASSIVE success was certainly understandable :)
Not to be rude, but I think "that lady" gives the stink eye a lot. :) Maybe from nervousness from being on stage, I don't know. I would understand that, though.
Anna: do you want to build a snowman? Elsa:no Anna do you want to build a snowman? Elsa no Anna: do you want to build a freaking snowman?!! Elsa:still no
Of all the Disney princesses, Kristen Bell & Lea Salonga are by far the best.… the voices those two have, and the emotion they put into it- just absolute perfection.
Kristen Bell is so amazing, Veronica Mars was and still is to this day one of my favorite shows and I had no clue she can sing so well. I think it's time you put out an album, if you have an already.
Watching them just on stage like this, Kristen's part brings me right back to the crushingly sad emotions of Anna mourning her parents on her own in the hallway... :(
Kristen Bell is insane with her delivery of her lyrics. Her delivery of “The Next Right Thing” in Frozen II is unlike any vocal expression of emotion I have ever heard before. 😍
@@lexih7653 Perhaps...I find most Disney songs to be either silly/exciting or have the purpose of motivation. For me, it's rare they can hit the emotional cord, which makes you think about the human condition. I thought the song captured similar energies as the Up and Finding Nemo soundtracks. Both have similar themes of loss and longing.
@@caseylowe2894 What about Remember Me: Coco, Sallys Song: Nightmare before Christmas, Out There: Hunchback of Notre Dame. I honestly don't think you have seen many disney films if you think that.
Literally teared when Kristen bell sang. I always assumed because of the tune it was a bright song, but Kristen really made me absorb the lyrics especially of her part and just wow..
This just randomly popped up in my feed. Dang it! Kristen nailed it. Watching her face as she sang made me cry when the actual movie didn’t even do that. I would be bawling through a live action version of Frozen.
I am a 51 year old man and I am not big on cartoons or Disney movies. That being said there are a handful of these types of movies I like and this is one of them. It's mainly the singing and being able to touch something deep inside a persons soul, that I like in these movies.
I was wondering why I kept seeing at the comments that they cried when Kristen Bell starts to sing and here I am at 2019, balling my eyes out when she started singing 🥺🥰♥️
Kristen made me cry!! She really DID get emotional there. It was only like 2 minutes of her singing and she can just get into character in an instant! What a talent!
Anybody out there wanna tell me what's not to love about Kristen Bell? Absolutely nothing is what. She can act and sing. AND do both of them very well. Ooops beautiful too.
You're right! If they did stay in school. They would have had a space after 'sing' Capitalized the B in 'but', that was not needed. Who is the 'two'? Or did you mean 'too'? Neither was needed. Not capitalized 'S' as in 'Stay'.
I was crying at Kristen's part .I know she was crying from inside of her heart theys way she had tears in her eyes.😢 but she cannot cry there itself . Well I can feel her emotions and I know Kristen bell is the best. And yes the young Anna's voice girl is so talented that one day she will have a singing career. 😃
Well the lonely years Anna spent have obviously not gone to waste. Apart from talking to the pictures on the walls, she has been practicing her singing and has made improvement throughout the years. If Elsa had left her alone for a few more years, we'll likely have a star of Whitney Houston's level. :P
+Jakub Lachowski I didn't mean that they didn't sing well, but it's on a different level as Kristen Bell. Then again, I do feel that their singing style is appropriate for the character Anna as it shows the progression in her emotional maturity. I enjoy the video a lot and the comment was mostly made for humor. Hahas ^^
