But based on what I saw it seems like their may have been a miscommunication from Kristin on whether Shannon fell under the umbrella of authority Brittany had. I'm sure a lot of this is cut up, but I would NEVER work for someone like Kristin. She doesn't seem to have any skill in hiring top people and then compensates for her lack of business sense by bitching people out till they feel deflated. I recently was employed at a place where it was an all female staff and let me tell you now they all were downright nasty and mean to me. I was nothing but polite and respectful and they were disgusting, unprofessional, and basically pigs. It caused so much trauma for me

Shannon's personality is literally the same white girl personas I grew up around and it always disgusted me. These are really the type of people that look down on others if they don't share a similar appearance and white girl privileged mentality. But it is satisfying to know people like this will never have peace in their life. Not knowing they already have so much and only want more, at some point they cant always get what they want and their natural greed will always expose them.

This is a extremely dysfunctional office. The owner or manager of an office sets the tone for the office. period. Cursing at/with employees is not professional. Kristin, that needs to stop immediately. In one of your shows you were sitting on the office coach sitting cross legged & eating a bag of chips. This is NOT how a Owner should conduct business and it sends a “I’m at home” attitude to your employees to act the same way. This is not professional behavior. You want your staff to work hard & be professional. Then you have to clean up your act. You have to stop allowing employees to drink on the job (at after hour job related events). If one of them gets into a car accident you will be sued by both the employee & by those other vehicle. So put an end to that “drinking on the job” is acceptable. It is not. Business is Business...conduct yourself in a professional manner & demand that same professionalism from your staff by implementing written code of conduct rules for them to follow. Your staff is following your lead. Change your ways and lead them with pure professionalism. Kristin, I would recommend that you go to your local library and/or better to the University near you library and read books on how to be a more effective manager. Or your local Chamber of commerce You have many great strong management moments in your management style Kristin, but fall short on others. Your local University may have classes for “business owners” to learn about how to be a more effective manager or even on line courses thru other Universities. Everything is learned...when you are running a new business it’s a huge learning curve...you will get to a place of respect from your office employees with education in how to be a more effective manager & then in return they will work harder for you. it takes time. The stress of opening a new business is overwhelming...so one step at a time. But, do take the time in educating yourself on how to run and motivate your staff to be more effective & productive. Remember the Owner/manger sets the tone for the office. Time to change your tone, to change the office tone. Best of luck with your company. 🍀

That can make or break your bottom line as a business when social media & email is such a huge part of revenue for businesses nowadays.
