Kristine doesn't want Scott to be kissed by another Girl (Including Hailey) 

Ok, that’s starting to ruin Kristine’s character a bit. She dumped him so she has absolutely no right to who Scott can and cannot go out with.

Kristine is in the wrong here, but let's remember: she's a kid. She'll be messy. Kids are! Edit: That said, the show could have maybe done a better job I'm passing the message on the kids that Kristine is in the wrong. Eh, they only got 11 mins. Making TV is hard!

Hailey does want to kiss Scott and make it official with him, but she wants the moment to be right. And hopefully Kristine would be okay after this.

Good thing Hailey doesn't want to kiss Scott cause Kristine would pulverize her if she finds out.

Hard to believe that Kristine is voiced by the same girl who voiced both Polly Plantar and PPG2016 Blossom, and yet, you can sense at least Polly Panic Energy from her right here.

Kristine needs to understand that he's on the market. She dumped him for her career and can't control who he kiss. Unless she wants Hailie to be the one to do so, but that's up to this or the next season.

So, let me get this straight. Kristine doesn't like the idea of Scott being with another girl (Hailey), shortly after a breakup, even though she's the one who dumped him in the first place. And she thinks the other girl is selfish for wanting to be with him, and she demands that very girl to promise her not to make a move on him? BULLSH*T! I swear, Hailey is too nice for her own good! If I were her in this situation, I would've been like: "B*tch! You're the one who ditched him in the first place! If you're not happy with it, it's your own fault. You only knew him for a couple months, I've known him for years, lady! You're NOT my bestie, HE is! You may have been his girlfriend, but you don't own him! I think I'll let him be with this other girl, because I care about his happiness, more than I'd ever care about yours. Also, because he deserves better. SO GET LOST!"

Anyone gonna talk about how Kristine basically ruined a potential first kiss moment

Hailey would have finally be able to tell Scott her feelings if it wasn't for Kristine I mean she makes it sound like if she doesn't want Scott to have a relationship with another girl like Hailey after she was the one who broke up with him in the first place which makes me think that Kristine still have feelings for Scott.

They keep setting up these flaws to look like development. Then it just turns out there is none and they’re just bad people

To be fair Beta peer pressuring Hailey in to kissing Scott was a bad idea to begin with.

I want to defend Kristine by saying she found out about Haileys list and her having to kiss Scott. She did break up with him after seeing how close and compatible theyve been, even when she and Scott dated. Her ordering Hailey to make sure no other girl goes after him could be her way of keeping him single so Hailey can have her long awaited kiss.

Everyone, listen to me! I know most of you don’t agree with Kristine in this scene, but it’s was just one stupid little scene! Can we NOT start hating on her right away?! We don’t even know for sure what Kristine’s really saying. Maybe Kristine knew what Hailey’s list REALLY said, and WANTS to help her get a kiss from Scott, and thinks that there’s another girl out there BESIDES Hailey that has a crush on him, and doesn’t want her to ruin Hailey’s chances of getting that kiss! That’s what I believe, and nobody can convince me otherwise, so don’t even try!
