Might as well make it fully international then. I mean Norwegians/Danes have more in common with britts and germans than with baltic peoples. And the common language of the team would be changed to english anyway

@@larslosh5598 I was thinking of it as more of an opportunity to build up untapped potential in lesser known cycling regions, even if Germans and Britts have more in common. And it doesn't have to be a massive change in the squad, maybe just a handful of riders from elsewhere. But you are probably right anyway.

@@Fyr35555 Its not a bad idea in itself. A team that makes developing talent from "nontraditional" regions its mantra. A team made up of baltic, african, mexican, indian, korean etc etc etc riders. Im not sure Uno x is the team that should do that though. Perhaps the remnants of Qhubeka could rebuild around such a vision

Hadn't thought about it before, but yeah, as long as Visma remains a co-sponsor of Jumbo-Visma, Uno-X will be doomed to be second choice when it comes to attracting and keeping Norwegian talent.
