Two locations, two new concrete block and paver machines type KRS 4, one supplier
REKERS GmbH was chosen as supplier for both production facilities at Hans Fuchs Bauunternehmung and Hans Fuchs Betonwerk which are two companies under one umbrella in Germany, who upgraded first the Altenburg and then the Ellwangen site with state-of-the-art machinery and systems technology from REKERS. Prerequisites for replacing the old machines at the two locations were that the tight space available would not be enlarged and that, above all, the existing mould inventory could be incorporated unproblematically into the new system.
The REKERS KRS 4/300 is the key component of the system - a fully automated concrete block machine for manufacturing paving blocks, kerbstones, concrete slabs and similar products with heights from 40 to 300 mm. The machine is capable of manufacturing a wide range of products in various shapes and sizes and offers a high output capacity of up to 300 m² per hour. The concrete products are manufactured on wooden boards measuring 1,100 x 1,400 mm.
Cutting-edge technology with the Rekers KRS 4/300 ensures high precision and quality in manufacturing concrete blocks. The KRS4/300 machine can be adapted to different concrete recipes and customer requirements with the possibility of setting different production parameters, such as vibration strength and time. The KRS4/300 is additionally equipped with an automatic energy-saving mode that reduces energy consumption during idle periods. The machine also has a dust extraction system that minimises dust emission during operations and keeps the working environment clean.
