This takes me straight back to 2000. When the og was released. The teenage emotions, how crazy things were at the turn of the century. I have NEVER found a cover of this song, I enjoyed, until now. Yall absolutely out did yourselves. This is the song, i dedicated to my brother, I spent 12 years without seeing or speaking too, because we were children and had no say in adults wicked games. This cover, shows the rage, the pain. The execution of this song as being a rock ballad has been recognized. This song was perfectly well done as a rock ballad. I'm so glad that people are recreating these songs and making them their own. Sometimes we need a fresh perspective on a song so we have a deeper connection with that song than what we had before. I have loved every song Fame On Fire has released up to this. 3 Doors Down was the first CD I owned and it stayed on repeat. They should have left this song alone. Still a fan! Keep releasing! Looking forward to next one.

First time I listened to this I absolutely hated it. Kryptonite is one of my all-time favorite songs to sing. Trying to sing along with this hurt my brain. Then I listened again, and again, and again, and again, And it’s aged in my ears like fine wine. It’s nothing like the original, It’s slower, more ambient, and when the drums drop, it’s way more heavy. If you look at it as just a cover, It’s horrendous. If you look at it as a revisioned metal ballad and take it as something entirely different from the original. It’s an absolute banger. Bravo. This may actually be my favorite cover y’all have released
