thanks man, this fixed the same issue you had, after i even repasted the faulty board, although still have 1 chip thats faulty and one that running too hot.
Hello I am having the same issue with my KS3M getting 4.1 too 4.4 hash rate i will try too update firmware and hopefully I get the same results 🎉 thanks I will repost if I have good new or problems with this issue with KS3M 6Th iceriver miner
hi, my Ks3m, has the problem that afther an hour running it slows down and is like hibernating, this firmware actualization its to fix it? or my problem its other? thanks for any comment that help me.
I tried it all too. But nothing worked. Put in for warranty work, but I'm not sure if I'll need to send the entire machine or just the failed hashboard.
I have this problem too, one hash board 2 not working, control board is good, tried restore factory settings and firmware upgrade many times. 0 hash on board 2 . Did you notice 2 green flashing D3 and D4 when you had problem? also can machine be run with just 2 boards? Ice river said send us machine and I feel same way as you did.
How I ruled out the control board: I disconnected the cable from control board to the problematic hashboard. I then disconnected the cable from one working hashboard and connected it to the problem board. (Ensure you leave the cables connected to the control board in the same location - just disconnect the cable on the hashboard side.) If you turn it on and have the same problem then most likely it is the hashboard as the culprit.
After the cable test, you could always do a factory reset and try to update again with the latest firmware. Let it run for about 30-60 minutes and see if you still have the same problem.
