when you are out of shape, your muscles are weak, especially ur back muscles causing your shoulder to droop forward, as he went thru this transformation ofc he had strengthened all his muscles, especially back muscles helping in improving his posture. Don't mind correcting me if I'm wrong.

not really. he has extreamly basic physic. all he has done here is get skinny. he is not that strong and does not have much muscle mass. probably because of the shity team he has behind him who don't correct him when he does cheat reps and ego lifts which is what is probably killing all his gains.

Fuck. Thats class. It reminds me of cutting from 180ish to 137/146 for kickboxing bouts. It was awful, but he looks like he gets in shape well and doesn't cut a whole load of water. Genuinely proud of the guy. Kudos.
