How to become member of Germanys special forces? Originally i come from Bosnia and Herzegovina but after i get my citizenship is it possible to join and serve as a special forces member? Ty in advance for answer

Im not sure if the KSK is possible but the Police employes everyone who is from a european country. So even without a german citizenship you can potentially become a member of the special forces „SEK“ or „GSG9“.

@@_futur3_298 SEK is part of the Kriegsmarine ( Military ) .GSG 9 is Bundespolizei ( Border Police ) . Technically all citizens from EU member nations could join them but I doubt anybody not really living in germany has good enough German language skills . It's mainly meant for people born and raised in Germany without German passport .

Which is best GSG9 or KSK?

I think in terms of survival behind enemy lines a ksk soldier is better trained, but in terms of raids in buildings and fights against terrorists they are both very well trained(actually they also train together, although gsg9 is police and ksk is military).

You can't compare these two. They are both the best of the best. KSK in the military, and GsG9 in the police. GsG9 is focused to beware the safety in German inland and for German people holding as hostages in foreign lands (no war). KSK is espacially acting in war regions.

But if you want to compare the skills of both of them. KSK is better in taking lives to rescue hostages, GsG9 is better in safing as much lives as possible to get their job done. So, for ksk the priority is their target with no matter how many lives are taken and for GsG9 is the priority to save as much lives as possible, even them of terrorists etc.
