Can anyone notice how good his EYES are. He didn't use glasses to read the constitution. For me that is very AMAZING. At 70 years!!! God continue to bless you Mr Tsatsu.
Acknowledging those who helped you in life, standing by what you believe in, and helping the less privileged. These are what I've learnt from him. God bless you Sir.
What a mannner of Man! Tsatsu Tsikata. You are a gem and a gift. I truly love you and will nickname my child after you. God bless you and add many more happy years onto you!
Was the story about him challenging Oxford Dons was true. There is a guy is my village called Justice Tankebe there were similar stories about him being the most gifted man in the world. I just checked on him and he is a Prof at Cambridge university. Some are just blessed with knowledge. Don't envy them.
Very great humble and God fearing Man, wise Ghanaians will continue loving and cherishing you till the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Long life👃👃👃.
I had a chance to travel with him on a flight. I seized that opportunity to strike MOBA acquaintance and say hello. He gave me a good laugh when I told him which year I left school. Oh small boy me!
I had the opportunity to speak to lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata over the telephone on March 23rd 2021 about a probate case in Ghana and was very happy. He is truly a gentle soul.
Daddy Tsatsu only God knows the kind of love I have you; it can’t be measured. God gives you long life DADDY. The Supreme Court judges must bow their heads in shame. Even the so called Chief Justice know nothing about the law but only partisan and corruption, shame on you Justice Anim
@@audreykodom3136 NPP supporters and appointees show signs of dishonesty so entire SC confirmed that. No dishonest person deserves any respect so whether you are the president, judge, police, ministers or army chief appointed by NPP, you are dishonest so no one should respect them. We must learn to respect honesty bcos someone said "a good name is better than gold".
@@lawrencequainoo3731Really!! An election that saw more than 5 different figures is not of a concern to u as a Ghanaian. But those who tried fighting for the right thing to be done, rather have a bad case!? Seriously!!.

Great man. Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata. I celebrate you. The passion of your convictions is soo inspiring. Always giving credit to God for what He has enabled you to do. Also making reference of the contributions of people in your respected profession. I celebrate you once again and salute you.
The man of the law 🙌, but one thing I didn't understand is how can a chief justice swon in a president and later go to Supreme Court to sit on the election petition panel.
It means judges can't be independent so parliament must change the law so that we the public vote for judges. The judges will ghen know they do not owe favours to tge president. If after a few years we find another error, we change the law again. In the meantime, we can't allow a thief to be president.
@@tkabaidoojnr 😂😂Certainly, people just talk out of passion, but not with objectivity. U want to fault a Judge on this extremely weak case? 😂😂Even if the Judges were 100, the ruling would have still be a unanimous decision 😂😂😂😂😂
@@audreykodom3136you just said people talk out of passion but not on objectivity but what you wrote clearly shows where you belong but nothing shows you are being objective

@@audreykodom3136 You see, this issue goes way beyond just law. It's not about who presented the best case, nor wich legal team adopted the best tactics. It's about upholding the truth about this very election. And it's also about common sense. Ghanaians want to know who actually won the election, and with what numbers. Now the only person who is legally bound to declare the results was intentionally prevented from testifying, despite all allegations made against her. She kept changing the figures, for goodness sake. Besides, per her own figures, Nana Addo never crossed the 50% threshold. Audrey, if you were the electoral commissioner and your conscience was clear, wouldn't you have wanted to clear your name and set the record straight? Moreover, these judges refused to embrace the code of ethics of their own profession. Posterity will always be the best judge ✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾
@@anthonyparry2852 😂U want to tell me, u know the code of ethics of the supreme court Judges more than themselves? 😂Did u say Ghanaians want to know who won the election 2020? 😂Ghanaians voted for their choice, so they know. 😂It is only u, who don't know. 😂So, just gather all the pink sheets of Mr Mahama. Collate the figures. If Mr Mahama obtain 50%+1, not even the most corrupt judge on the planet can deny him victory. 😂If u cannot do this, u can always join the ignorant street court propaganda Judges to insult the integrity of this objective ruling, okay. 😂😂😂😂
I would really appreciate if KSM can also interview Mr. Akoto Ampaw to explain why their case was more appealing to the judges . I hope he sees my comment 🙂
WOW!! u seriously think their case was really appealing to the judges? But not the judges did their usual politics as they did regarding our Birth Certificates, when they rendered it useless.
In fact the head of the judges must bow down his head in a big shame, and am not surprised he was hooted at, at the Parliament house. It,s a big shame and posterity will judge him and his 3rd and 4th generations!

Much as I admire Tsatsu, his case was weak. Posterity de3, it can't do anything to the SC and his 3rd and 4th generation. He has not committed any sin to humanity before God.
In summary, the constitution has been suspended and the wish of Akufo-Addo has been imposed on us. If Mensa has been appointed as ambassador designate to Denmark, then it is solid proof that she was biased as alleged by NDC.
It’s the Head of Public Affairs at the Electoral Commission, Sylvia Naa Adaawa Annoh, who has been appointed by Akufo-Addo as Ghana's Ambassador to Denmark 🇩🇰. Not the EC herself.
@@okorno22 She was still head of EC’s Public Affairs [before, during and after the 2020 election] until she was given ambassadorial appointment this year. She hadn’t retired.

Im a ghanaian living in the US, and an astute analyst. For a politically charged case like this to be handled by a politically motivated supreme court of the land is unfortunate and dangerous. You can't convince me it's okay to ignore the constitution and declare akufo addo duly elected president with less than 50+% of the votes. Let's see what happens going forward because we won't accept that.
Very well said. Im sure similar case will emerge in the near future. A party will be declared winner winner with less the constitutionally accepted votes of a winner
Although he does not want to be a judge, is it poss that no president would appoint him because they will not rely on his bias? Remember that it is well reported by a former head of law school at Makola that judges make decisions based on instructions from the president.
Massa General Mosquito never churned out any figures. It was the EC's Lawyer who came up with some new figures that he called out and asked the General to do the calculation which the General did. If u remember, anytime the general did do the calculation and he was asked questions,on it he always answer the question by saying and l quote "Base on your figures and not mine. Unquote. If u do not believe what l am saying go back and watch the General's video.
I don't think anyone would refer to mistakes of judges as a basis for making a case. If someone does, the judges will disgrace themselves. Off course what the SC did was unbelievable so we shall overturn it by Aluta.
