Is it possible to make it large enough to cover Kerbin, to protect against a Reaper attack?

The next step is to make an energy shield mod with this.

This could also be made into a deadly missile weapon, just strap one of these to a rocket and you have a massive radius of damage. Would work quite well for space fights since you would not have to be as precise with your firing.

i crashed one of the alcubierre drives into kerbin, wiped out the entire space center, created huge cracks in the ground, turning kerbin into a water covered ocean planet and pretty much making the game unplayable.

Someone needs to put this on a fighter jet in KSP

What changes did you make to the .cfgs? I cant seem to make anything work...

Try flying a small rocket with lots of explosives on board through the tunnel. It seems the field takes awhile to destroy everything that passes through, so some parts can get a few meters in before blowing up.

and how exactly does one make just the bubble WITHOUT the warping through the universe at FTL speeds. I am building a tank of badass badassery that does badass things and i believe it need a badass shield to aid in its baddasseryiness and prevent it from exploding into a badass explosion of badassness (which admitedly looks badass). i dont have much experience on editing or changing part files so uh...you know...halp :)

Using this idea, surely you could make a reflector shield. Once activated, any part or projectile that enters a certain radius would simply have its velocity vector flipped or something like that. Any controllable parts would probably be stalled for a short moment as well to keep things from getting too crazy.

Too bad Roverdude removed the "destroy everything around warp bubble" feature in 0.2.0. I attempted to re-create this, to immense disappointment

i know why it worked. the "sheild" is programed to destroy anything it touches. so your vessel needs to be small enoth. btw. that "sheild" comes from a FTL mod.

How to destroy: bubble doesn't stop the ground so get it to crash on the ground by constantly chasing it up and down with another bubble shield ship that has a 10% chance of killing it, yay I beat you

they should have made the sheild so when you shoot at it bits open but it regerates quickly so their is a chance to get a missle / ship in.

You could use Scaling mod to resize it and use it! Or warp tiny sattelites!
