ಅಖಿಲ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ರಸ್ತೆ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನೌಕರರ ಮಹಾಮಂಡಳಿ, ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಸ್ತೆ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನಿಗಮ, ಕಲಬುರಗಿ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ಸನ್ಮಾನ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ನಾಲ್ಕು ನಿಗಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಕೆಆರ್‌ಟಿಸಿ ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಸದೃಡವಾಗಿದೆ. ನಷ್ಟ ಅನುಭವಿಸಿದರೂ ಕೂಡಾ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಹಿತದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಒದಗಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ನಿಗಮ ಲಾಭದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಬೇಕಿದ್ದರೆ, ನೌಕರರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ವರ್ಗದವರು ಸಹಕಾರದಿಂದ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದರು.
ಕಳೆದ ಎಂಟು ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ೧೪,೦೦೦ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ನಿವೃತ್ತರಾದರೂ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಇದೀಗ ೩೭೧ ಎ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ೧೬೧೪ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಇದೇ ೧೮ ರಂದು ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ೨೦೨೪-೨೫ ಸಾಲಿನ ಬಜೆಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ರೂ ೬೬೦೦ ಕೋಟಿ ಅನುದಾನವನ್ನು ಶಕ್ತಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ನೀಡಲು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದ ಸಚಿವರುಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕಕ್ಕೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ
೬೩೦ನೂತನ ಬಸ್ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮತ್ತೇ ಈಗ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ೫೮೦೦ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕಕ್ಕೆ ೪೭೫ ನೂತನ ಬಸ್ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದರು.
ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಶಾಸಕ ಅಲ್ಲಮಪ್ರಭು ಪಾಟೀಲ ಅವರ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯಂತೆ ಸ್ಥಳ ಕೊಟ್ಟರೆ ಕಲಬುರಗಿ ನಗರಕ್ಕೆ ಎರಡು ನೂತನ ಬಸ್ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದರು. ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನಿಗಮದ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ ೦೧-೦೧-೨೦೨೦ ರಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರಬೇಕಾಗಿದ್ದ ವೇತನ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆಯು ದಿನಾಂಕ ೧೭-೦೩-೨೦೨೩ ರಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ದಿನಾಂಕ ೦೧-೦೧-೨೦೨೦ ರಿಂದ ೨೮-೦೨-೨೦೨೩ ರವರೆಗಿನ ೩೮ ತಿಂಗಳಗಳ ವೇತನ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆ ಹಿಂಬಾಕಿಯನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸುವ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಮಂಡಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ನೌಕರರು ತಮ್ಮ ಹಲವಾರು ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಸಚಿವರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಚಿವರು ನೌಕರರ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದರು.
