Hi guys, Welcome to my latest video:-) I recently spent a week in the KTK Royal Residence, 352/4 Soi Pattaya Klang 12. This hotel is located north of central Pattaya road (Pattaya Klang) and East of Second Road, it is a little bit off the beaten track but not too far. I was pretty impressed with this place, it is a few years old and showing its age in places but all in all, very good. I liked the room, big, Good TV, AC, wifi, the bed was large, clean, comfy. The staff were friendly, the breakfasts were excellent. There was a big gym and pool available and not too expensive. How could you go wrong?
Terribly sorry to annoy you with questions but I have one more quite important one on average what would you estimate the electricity fee would be for a week or any info on this would be appreciated , Thank you . Keep up the good work
Hi David, I booked with Agoda for KTK Royal residence, there were no additional charges for water or electricity. I am not sure about the other KTK units but I would presume they are the same. Don't worry about annoying me....lol, ask me anything you want, if I know the answer I am happy to help 😀
Good vid , can I ask if royal residence shares the pool and fitness with regent suite it's Two different hotels but same company yes , if I booked royal residence would I have to leave my building to get pool access ?
Hi David, thanks for the question, as far as I know all the KTK properties share the pool, fitness and catering facilities (all of which are located in the royal residence building). So, no you would not have to leave the building.
