Any Motorcycle that can handle a constant power push of 90kmph comfortably for 150-200kms can easily qualify for touring.. Then next thing is ride comfort.. Duke has a straight right up seating position so it should be comfortable..
The cost is similar as the spares of either Yamaha or KTM isn't really expensive. The best part is they have entered India longtime back. Also MT15 spares are very much similar to that of R15 and Duke 125 spares are similar to that of other dukes in the market.. so it isn't expensive as the spares are already being produced in large numbers..

KTM Duke 125 is a good Motorcycle.. Ab baat ladakh ki hain toh I would say log Splendor bhi leke ladakh jaate hain and Tiger/BMW leke bhi Ladakh jaate hain.. It's about how comfortably you can go and affordability.. Duke 125 thoda underpowered hain but aisi baat nahin hain ki you cannot take it.. I would suggest you to do a few short rides and get used to it.. then go on long rides.. Main yeh nahin bolunga ki Duke 125 bohut comfortable hogi on your Ladakh ride, Lekin yeh bhi nahin bolunga ki aap usko leke nahin Jaa sakte ho.. Agar aap kuch difficulties aye and usko jhel sakte ho then plan karo.. It's a good city Motorcycle.. so city mein mast rahega

It should be comfortable in the hills as well.. the design belongs to the same KTM family as that of 390.. so I don't think that would be an issue.. However I would suggest you to go for a test ride and see if it suits your circumstances once.. All the best 🤘
Bike to bhut beautiful hai, magar mujhe ye samaj nahi aa rha ki market me dusri bikes bhi hai for example #apache 160 4v dual channel abs, jo same price me sporty looks, or dual channel abs de rahi hai saath saath milage bhi bhut acha hai uska ktm ke muqaable, magar ktm apni is 125cc wali bike jisme abs bhi single hai uska price itna #pahaad jaisa kyun rakha?? Matlab kya yar brand hai to logo ko lootogey kya??
Amar.. you can go for 200 if you have more budget.. but again if you have budget for 200, then neevu Dominar book maadabohudu.. If you want stick with KTM then go for 200 for more power and better performance when compared to 125..😊👍 Advantage of 200 is that you can go on highways easily without power lag.. Value for money.. Compared to what ? Other 125 cc bikes then definitely not.. If you like KTM, the quality is f KTM and ofcourse the styling of KTM then yes it's a value for money.. Do lemme know if you need to know anything else 😊🤘
I would suggest Mt15 due to that extra power.. but again if you are investing 1.7 lacs then I would suggest you to wait for sometime gather that extra cash and go for Dominar.. that's my opinion.. However do take a test ride and see what suits you, what comforts you between Mt15 and KTM Duke 125..
